Honestly I wish I could give them zero stars. First off I ordered my food online and received a confirmation email but when I arrived they told me they don’t take online orders and that I had to repay for my order. I spoke to the owner who said that he cannot give me a refund and he will not give me a free meal to make up for the inconvenience I received. The owner then proceeded to be rude over the phone and kept saying “ what aren’t you understanding, you cannot get a refund from us” in a very disrespectful manner that I did not appreciate. He then hung up the phone and I had to speak the assistant manger ( who was very helpful. I feel bad that he had to work for that owner) he was the only person that even tried to help my situation. After 30 mins of arguing with the owner the assistant manger called and helped me. I did not get my food and I didn’t get my refund then and there I was told I had to wait 3-5 business days first.
