I recently brought my nephew by Diamond kutz Barbershop, and I have to say it was an experience worth writing about.

The staff was friendly and professional. My barber, Luis took the time to ask what I wanted, made a few great suggestions, and absolutely nailed the cut. You can tell these barbers take pride in their craft—every line was sharp, the fade was clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. He even threw in a hot towel treatment which was a nice touch.

Prices were more than fair for the level of service, and they even offer appointments online, which makes scheduling super convenient.

0/5! I am new to Orlando and decided to make an appointment for 1PM on a Sunday. Only 1 barber was there, which is understandable. What I can’t understand is how I sat there for 30 minutes and was not greeted, or even spoken to, but if I was 10 minutes late my appointment gets cancelled? On top of that a walk-in was helped before me because he knows the barber so the barber said he could “fit him in”, which just means he gets to get his haircut before my appointment. I would suggest not booking an appointment or considering a cut here, unless you want to be ignored while listening to terrible music until you decide to leave and try your luck at a different barber shop in the area. I had an outstanding experience with my barber Samuel truly one of the best in the game. He took his time, paid close attention to detail, and delivered one of the cleanest shape-ups I’ve ever had. The fade was flawless, the lines were sharp and symmetrical, and the overall finish was on point.
