This has to be the worse experience of my life going to a hair store. The cashier was unhelpful and rude. I bring my own personal shopping bags 🛍️ when I go shopping because I don’t like bringing plastic into my home. I literally carried the bag all throughout the store. None of the other employees informed me to put my bag behind the counter or to the front of the store. I get to the cashier and asked for help with a holding spray so my curls will lock in place. She doesn’t show me where the products are or even give a name for the products that she’s talking about. She also confiscated my shopping my bag. Which, I do understand her reason because people do steal. However, I already had the foam curlers that I was going to buy in there. So when I finally come back to the counter to buy my products she literally cuts me off by asking for a phone number. I was trying to explain to her that I had other items in my shopping bag that I wanted to buy. Which my shopping bag is still behind the counter. The cashier only checked me out for the 2 hair sprays I wanted. I’m trying to explain to her that in my shopping bag I had the foam curlers in there. She’s not listening. She finally hands me my shopping bag so I decided to take out the foam curlers out of my shopping bag and said I wanted to buy these also. Once she figured out that I had items in my shopping bag she literally cocks in an attitude with me and says, “See, the next time you come in here you need to leave your shopping bag behind the counter because I didn’t know there was stuff in there.”

I literally only came to this store because of all the good reviews. I was better off shopping on Amazon. I will never be shopping here again.if I could give it zero stars ⭐️ I would. They are very lucky I can’t return this stuff back...

I purchased the Brio by Jomara 100% Human Hair Wig in the style Mae I got blonde color. My total purchase amount was $256 for two wigs marketed as 100% virgin human hair. This was FALSE MARKETING, DECEPTION AND FRAUD. The wigs were never human hair and were extremely lows of the lowest grade synthetic. I have purchased model model wigs from Elegant Beauty and shopped at all their locations and I never had one issues with Model Model 204 wig which can take heat, can even be washed, flat ironed and blow dry. The Brio by Jomara wig I tried so hard to flat iron it , it became lifeless and very synthetic like hay or straw and very much like syntheic hair. I still have both wigs and I took them to the Elegant Beauty on Hiawasse where I showed the store manager and district manager they were shocked and took a complaint. After I washed the two falsely marketed human hair wigs they looked like hay or straw or worst than a mop. Even synthetic hair reacts better to shampoo and water. There wigs looked trashy and horrid when I added soap and water. They are very low quality being marketed as FAKE human hair. I purchased from

I always come to this store, and I enjoy coming here because you guys have a wide variety of things that I can choose from. However, when it was time for me to check out there was no one there, so I simply said ‘is anyone working upfront’. One of the workers was at the side helping one of the customers, she gave me a rude look and didn’t say anything. After a while she said “I’ll be with you in a moment” then when she came she didn’t even want to ring me up, she asked someone else to do it and then she immediately ring up the girl that she was helping. I found that to be very rude. I do, however, want to thank Rosemary for helping me… PS I just want to note that all I wanted was to ring up the items I wanted to purchase.
