Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

I placed my order at 7:57 p.m. I arrived at the Popeye's location at 1300 East Commercial Boulevard Oakland Park FL at approximately 8:10pm. We requested drive-thru on the app and were instructed to tell the attendant we have a web order pick up. The attendant told us to come in. But we chose drive-thru... we go inside as instructed. We were promptly told by the manager in a green shirt that we are drive-thru customers and to pick up in the window. So... we go back through the window, we were instructed to come in a 2nd time!!! So we did. The manager tells us "if you ordered doordash, when we are open, you have to come inside." I said I didn't order doordash, I ordered through the Popeye's app. No where on there does it say "powered by doordash." The app never even mentioned doordash!!! I said that was false advertisement allowing us to choose drive-thru and it's not really an option. 30 minutes pass, we still have no food. They gave it to someone else!!! So we go through the window twice, come in twice, we still have no food, then the manager asks me if the food is for us!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Then once we got the food, there was no apology, no explanation for their actions, NOTHING! No offer to reimburse me, NOTHING!!! I was treated like i wasn't even there... that was the most atrocious despicable display of poor customer service and disorganization I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my entire life!!! They all need to be retrained. We will never eat at...

Whole night shift needs replaced. The Haitian girl with red lipstick needs to be replaced. The gentlemen needs to be replaced in the front. Your here to do a job and I paid for my food online for drive thru pickup. Was told to park and they would bring it out. First red flag. Waited 15 mins 2 others cars walked in and got food came right back out drive thru was not busy no cars in line and when a car pulled up they pulled off so there was no wait apparently THAT WAS THE SECOND RED FLAG so go inside and my food is sitting on the counter ????? Just sitting there😤😤😤😤. Why??? I don't care to even explain how this ended and what they were doing when I went in. Let's just say this location is not what it used to be. The food is not cheap and my time is priceless. When I pay for food in advance and I opt for picking up. I expect service that adhere to proper standards and people need to start being held accountable. What if I was disabled and couldn't get out my car to get my food??? I would still be outside trying to patiently wait in my car because let's be honest who really wants to be that person causing a scene but the whole situation was ridiculous and I will be calling to speak with the manager on Monday. Should have less than one star, we ordered our meal halfway of my poor boy chicken sandwich,something was in my chicken crust I pulled it out and it continued pull out. I realized it was plastic I take took it to the cashier asked for a manager very disrespectful manager, he didn't apologize he told me what do you want,I showed him the plastic and I pulled more of it out of their chicken.I asked him for my money back and a replacement of my sandwich.making noise under his lips he gave me my money back looking at me why are you still standing here, I am standing read a suit and tie after work, I asked to replace my sandwich so I can finish my meal very respectfully and he said we don't do that very disrespectfully. I had to raise my voice then he said he have to go and call his manager to get it okayed for him to replace my sandwich after I have plastic coming out of a chicken and me eating it he still did not apologize for anyting. After 15 minutes he brought my half a chicken sandwich in a back and he has the nerve to tell me that he's not upset, and I had to explain to him that you don't have a place to be upset you're the manager and the customer and I am upset he still did not apologize and walked away.
