Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Oakland

I'm very upset with all the business I have given them,, they can't honor a warranty, they took my electric stove and brought back worse than ever,, now want to take my dryer for a belt that takes Maybe 30 minutes for weeks... I don't trust them bc Nick has lied to me several times about coming to fix them and hasn't washer was recalled no help. I had to buy a new stove again.. no respect and lies... be careful if something wrong Good Luck n I have solid proof of all this and now Nick hides from me.. won't answer...

We've been customers with this particular Aaron's store for about two years now. We've purchased a few different items from them and have never had a issue.. Nick is the general manager of the store there and has been there since we first become customers, he's absolutely great, he's willing to help you with anything from small to big.. The rest of there customer service representatives are also just as courteous as Nick.. Great prices, awesome iventory.. I highly recommend...
