😡😡😡😡😡Today is October 13th 2025 I am very angry I went into your market and I purchased some a Gucci and I went to another store to purchase my meet when I put everything together the agency was bad it was bitter tasty very crunchy it was crunchy like sand pearls I am very disappointed because I wasted my money and fixing this food for my family I was very happy and we cannot even eat the food I am very angry with this store because you guys do not care about your customers because there is no dates on your food your food is very old very overpriced and it is ridiculous and then you guys don't even do refunds or value the customers like that...... I have bought some other items from you guys but I came back to give you guys the benefit of the doubt I bought some Gary from you guys twice and it was not good at all it it had a very strong odor to it and it tasted horrible you guys are going to put somebody in the grave and in the hospital if you do not value your customers...... And I understand that you guys were afraid of competition because when the other Caribbean market was there you guys somehow they magically disappeared but one thing they cared about was the prices the customer and the food and that store was very neat and very clean and their food was very good and a lot of your old customers including myself went over to that store and magically they disappeared KK and Dennis I am very disappointed.... You guys need to value your customers like family.... You guys need to have discounts and two-for-one sales and stuff like that we have your back but we will not have your back if you don't value your customers 🔥🔥... And your customer service is wonderful but your food it's not five stars at all. 😓😓😓😓 The government is taking everything we got and we do not have extra money to waste so you guys...

That was my second time coming to your shop. My sister owns the hair salon next door. Sarah the the beauty shop I’ve known her since I was 10. The problem here is this is a community. Last time I shopped the same young man sat there no greeting upon entry. Nothing so go back review your cameras again and find away if it’s necessary to properly train your employer on how to have customers service. The comment I made after 4 attempts of running my card. Is the the young man needs to trouble shoot on his own time. I have to go to work. Is there another method of paying. He can’t manage that he has to call you the manager first. I waited patiently and politely. What triggered this review was when this small boy told me he didn’t appreciate the disrespect. How please explain why I would come shop at your expensive over priced shop and disrespect you. Who gives money to a buisness they don’t respect. The boy never apologized he wickedly told me to have a good day. I’m a Nigerian first and respect is the first most important value system taught in our homes. So if me saying trouble shoot on your own time to the employee who is half my age is disrespectful then I’m wrong. Yet I came to support your buisness in my community that I’ve been in for 30 years. You should see there’s difference of a negative comment and feedback on how to run a successful establishment for your customers. I read your other reviews. We have been patrons of this business since its inception over 20 years ago, and all we can say is that we are amazed with our experience anytime we happened to stop by to purchase food items.
