Came in for a crown replacement, was charged for crown and stem replacement. Initially thought this was what was needed so approved the service. My watch stopped working the day after I picked it up - had to wait till after the holidays to get a refund. When I came into the store I was able to get some more information - the shop doesn’t use genuine seiko parts which I was not told when I brought the watch in for service. Also I now am wondering if he replaced the stem and crown, or just replaced the crown and charged me for both. When I brought the watch in initially it was still ticking, after I got my refund and he removed the parts the watch was no longer ticking. Now I know to send my watch directly to seiko for repairs to avoid these troubles...

I dropped my automatic dive watch on the carpet and it stopped running. Insurance company asked me to get a diagnostic and quote for the repair. I found Kim on Yelp and he said he needed to disassemble the watch to find the problem and asked me to check back in two days. I called him two days later he said my watch was repaired. He said since he had the watch disassembled and the problem was minor, the hair spring was out of position, so he repaired the watch for price of the diagnostic fee. I had a great experience here!! I came here with my dad for an appraisal on 6 pieces of jewelry a little less than an hour before closing. John helped us and stayed past closing to finish doing the appraisal. I experienced excellent customer service. He explained the process he used to determine the worth of our jewelry and overall was very friendly. Additionally, the price for an appraisal on 6 pieces was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them...
