I'm really sad to say that the quality of this place has gone down severely. I've been going here for 7 years. They used to be so kind and gracious. They can never honor their appointment times. I also used to book with a specific person, and somehow would end up with someone else. When I voiced my disappointment, I was actually yelled at. This came up twice. The owner was very nasty to me and I could not believe that she thought it was okay to treat a client, let alone a client of many years, that way. I understand that the challenges of the pandemic may have affected their staffing, and I really do have compassion for that. I cannot, however, stand by the level of aggression or anger I was met with when I politely inquired about why I wasn't being seen by the person that I had scheduled with.

Zero professionalism or communication. Really sad, and I hope that the owner gets some help for her...

this was my second ever gel manicure. my first was at a different salon. it was thick and lumpy and i thought maybe i just don’t like gel polish. holy moly, i’m so glad i gave it another shot. the finished product is beautiful. i’m not a manicure person normally, but this is so cute it makes me want more. the women who work here are so sweet and professional. i was seated as soon as i came in. because i am generally terrible at time management, i realized i had to leave before the polish was on. they let me pay for the mani, leave to get my daughter at school, and come back to get the mani finished afterwards. they gave me no grief and were just as sweet when i returned. i will definitely be returning and recommending posh polish to...

My nails came out pretty darn CUTE but I was disappointed in many things unrelated to the finish of my nails. For one there are no prices posted ANYWHERE so you are walking in blindsided hoping you can afford whatever the cost of your services are. Then I requested a manicure which wasn't initiated until after my fill. My manicure was supposedly the clipping on my cuticles which were only soaked in lukewarm water before removing. When I was given my total I was charged $10 for a manicure and another $10 for a design even though I only had standard polish with glitter over 4 nails. 6 if you want to include my big toes. I've been getting my nails done for over 6 years now and never has anyone considered glitter over my main...
