This location don't even deserve half of a star. I switched 2 lines over and purchased 3 phones (2 free), I was helped by Katy. She was pleasant while taking my money. I went back to the store two weeks later to return 1 phone (the one I paid for) and she wasn't friendly Katy anymore. In fact she was dishonest and rude. I spent 2 hours in the store activating 3 lines and NOT ONCE did she disclose the return policy! No return policy are posted no where in the store so if you don't know they DON'T TELL. The store is owned by Arabs and they hire Hispanics as pawns (Katy & Juan) to mislead consumers in this MOSTLY HISPANIC NEIGHBORHOOD. This store also get ROBBED OFTEN. Terrible customer service. I went in to possibly purchase a new phone. One of the customer service reps greeted me and he asked me "How can I help you?" I told him I was interested in buying a new phone. The guy just totally ignores my question and starts talking to another customer. Totally unprofessional. I stayed in the store just to see if if I would still be helped. After 10 minutes NO ONE asked me anything. Terrible customer service. I won't be coming to this store ever again, and I may just call their corporate office...
