Pizza City — Restaurant in Oakland

Disappointed agoddamngain in Oakland-Alameda pizza. Takes an hour and a half to get pizza on a Thursday night. It was warm when it got here, but it's clear the wings had been sitting around in the drizzled on BBQ sauce (seriously, smothered in sauce is what makes chicken wings edible). A Calzone, what should be a simple as RICOTTA cheese and some diced meat is packed to the brim with whole slices that destroy the calzone to the point it becomes a doughy pile of meat and a trace amount of cheese on your plate. pizza is good. customer service sucks really arrogant people. I've order several times and i always end up angry about this place the guy over the phone super rude. one time i had an emergency and had to cancel my order ever since them the do not allow me to pay with my card which they always tell me the machine is broken and that has been since last summer mmm yeah so how is it possible that when my husbands calls the machine is no longer broke an is allowed to pay with card card . you have lost great customers. and guy on the phone please learn how to talk to customers in a...

The bad reviews about this place confuse me. They are REALLY good! I've ordered here for years and I tend to get my pizza delivered in, like, 15 minutes... sometime less!

Pizza is tasty, the meat calzone is a great deal, the salads are very generous. I wouldn't say their wings are the best but I'm writing this review right now because I was just craving some and decided to order.
