⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kenya is an absolute gem! My niece and I visited this KFC for the first time, and she made our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the appearance of the store was so clean and Kenya greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel so welcomed.

Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were top-notch. After we received our order, she went above and beyond by bringing us a plate, extra napkins, and checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

KFC, please give Kenya the recognition she so much deserves. If you do not place her in a manager role or promote her, I guarantee you will not keep her for long because someone will recognize her talent and passion for providing exceptional customer service and her outstanding leadership abilities. I just left there about 20 minutes ago, went there for a friend that place in the young people that work in there or so damn disrespectful I would advise anyone and everyone who reads my review do not I repeat do not spend a dime with that so-called restaurant they don't get the orders right like one person said they mix the old chicken with a fresh chicken but the disrespect the cussing at customers please don't go there find another one to go to young people there they're watching TV they're having their own conversation in the back they don't even appreciate that they got a job they will literally take you out of your character and stoop down to their level pass by that place as fast as you can and I'm going to you guys when I make reviews take my word for it because I...

When I arrived the front door was propped open. I walked in with a mask on waiting for somebody to take my order.. at least two female employees looked at me several times and said something in Spanish but continued to ignore my presence… I stood there for a good 3 minutes and just walked out. Soon as I walked out the lady who has on the headset (I’m assuming working the drive thru) walked out right after me and shut and locked the door… at least 3 different customers pulled up to try to walk in and they weren’t able to bc the door was locked…

There was no sign stating that inside was closed… That was very rude of them to not acknowledge me but ran to close and lock the door… I will never return or give a cent...
