Taqueria Reynoso — Restaurant in Oakland

There is fierce competition in the Taco Game here in Oakland, and many different Genres. There are the super fresh places focusing on seafood, with tons of lime, cilantro, and amazing arrays of sauces. Then there are the Savory taco spots, that serve a more a meaty, salty cheesy. and fatty version, a kind of Mexican-American Hybrid comfort food, that is filling and yummy. Taqueria Reynoso is the latter, serving up overstuffed, triple meat and cheese, meat oil-fried tacos, of about ninety thousand calories each. Lol. I’m a regular here, most of the food is amazing and it’s close to my job so I can walk here to pick up food for the office. I never complain about the minor mistakes they make but today was supposed to be Nacho Fries Friday. The website says they cost $7.50 on Friday but instead I was charged $12.95 it would make sense to get a refund for the deference like I did last time but the staff argued that this was a recent change that happened yesterday yet they did not make the changes on the advertisement on the websites. This is not fair to the customer and not the proper way to resolve the problem. Watch out for false advertisement on the website and make sure to call ahead before ordering if you still choose to...

I had a very large expensive order with five special order burritos and quesabirria tacos. This was delivered with Uber and I had to pay the Uber fee and tip the driver. The food arrives the burritos are sloppily and very loosely wrapped and none of them are marked so we don't know who gets what. The quesabirria tacos was smashed. I count the burritos there was only four. But I paid for 5. I had to waste gas to drive our way over there which defeated the purpose of ordering Uber eats.
