It's unfortunate that I have not written a review before this moment because I typically have great experiences in this store. What I experienced in the store today is upsetting. I went in the store planning to purchase Palo Santo and the woman behind the counter made me feel very uncomfortable with her hostile demeanor. I calmly let her know how I felt and responded by telling me to leave the store. It was such a confusing response to what I had just said to her that I questioned whether or not she had heard me. Confused, I stood still trying to make sense of the encounter and then she threatened to call security on me. The disparity between my demeanor and hers was visible. I was honestly nervous and then another woman chimed in and started yelling me at me and got in my face. I left the store...

This crystal shop is outstanding and perhaps one of the best I have ever seen in the US. I found this place online, and when I entered I immediately fell in love with everything in the store. The place vibrate peace and love. Their pieces are museum or near museum quality. I acquired 2 Labradorite stones, among others, which I had been searching for for ages and they are spectacular. Bought some Palo santo sticks here and it wasn’t Palo santo—smelled awful in my home like I’d accidentally burned something. I went back to the store the next day to ask about it, and was met with rudeness and really no explanation or interest in the situation at all. No refunds, no exchanges, and nobody cares.
