I gave him 47 grams of 18k yellow gold and he made me a set 16.33 grams of 14k yellow gold then tried to play with my intelligence when I asked him about why my teeth are so many grams off and why is the teeth not 18k yellow gold , then asked me do you not trust me , ... No I don't trust you, not with that business he in there doing. 3 different Jewelers told me my teeth were 14k and when I came back and told him he acted like he used my gold then slipped up and said he used his gold , when I start interrogating him he start talking in circles and tried to start giving me discounts on jewelry, typing on his calculator like that was goin to tell me why I don't have the 18k yellow gold in my mouth and why im so many grams off of 47 grams . I understand you loose grams of gold when you melt it but you don't loose 30.67 grams of gold. Ordered my grill on 06/02 they said it would be done on 06/21 and I’ve been coming periodically to pick my order up so apparently Tuesday’s and Wednesdays the whole facility is closed so don’t waste your time to come and check because online it says that they are open you will be upset to come and find out that it is actually closed so today is Thursday 7/3 and again online saying that they are open until 5 and I arrive here around noon only to find out that they are closed once again smh I’m verry disappointed as I still haven’t been able to pick up my order and it’s been almost a whole month 😠 waiting to pick up my order .i would say call but every time I’ve called there has been no answer nore answering machine so be careful if ordering anything from them because their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced ever..not...

DO NOT not go to this place. They sell faulty jewelry and they do not honor fixing peoples jewelry when we asked for them for help. We spent a lot of money with them on 2 pendants and the necklace that we bought with it, the clasp had a gap in it and they told us it was fine. But we went back and told them to fix it after the first pendant fell and got lost then they sold us the same chain and said it was better and we bought the 2nd pendant and told them after that it was falling off again and now that pendant slipped off and got lost again, they said they don't need to do anything to help even though they sold us a faulty chain.
