Sorry, but I'm going to have to tell you a story and then I'll tell you why I rated them five stars.

I got a flat tire back in Gainesville so I changed it myself and started a 3-hour trip South. I knew I needed to tighten those lug nuts pretty soon so I pulled in to this place which has an empty parking lot right next door.

It took forever to get to the window and there were only three cars in front of me, but I liked the concept of little sliders and nothing on them. There are options to add bacon and other things but I just wanted a pickle and how it came. It had a cool sounding dipping sauce called Smooze that you would have to be a fool not to spend $0.99 on. The menu had so few options that I was thrilled that I didn't have to make any more decisions that day. And absolutely opt for the shake instead of soft drink option . The waffle chips that came with them are like a revelation and they go great with the shake !

Yeah, it was pricey. But it was worth every penny.

It genuinely felt like it just came off the grill. The meat was moist and thick. The cheese was melted practically perfectly. I totally was not expecting it to be this good. I knew absolutely nothing about it before I pulled in.

Today my son and I came to enjoy our usual meals only to be disappointed by our drinks. The soda was watery, lacked flavor, no carbon. I notified Casey who was great and got me a other drink after I expressed my issue with the drink. The 2nd drink was also bad. I notifed Casey and she got the team lead. Team lead said he agreed the sodas tasted funny but yet this bad product is being given to customers. I was then informed upper management knows the sodas are bad quality but was still told to sell. I expect great quality when I spend my money in establishments. To be served anything less and still have to pay full price is ridiculous. I won't spend another penny in a establishment the knows their product isn't good but still gives it to customers. This was my last visit. My son root beer float tasted like pure chocolate as well due to the bad Dr. Pepper that was in it. This experience isn't how you gain, keep, or get...

I don’t understand how people can eat this trash. I thought I was going to get something comparative to Culver’s or 5 Guys with the price point, but no, I got Sonic/Arby’s level food. It was DISGUSTING! They also put pickles and smause on EVERY bun when I clearly said no pickles or smause on ANY! And Really? The smause tastes like mayonnaise and ketchup. $30 worth of food and not one person in my family ate it. All in the trash....
