Dear Taco Bell manager,
I had the most ridiculous and humiliating experience in your drive thru at this location. We placed an order of about $55 on 10/6 at 9pm. Your associate asked us to wait at the speaker while they caught up on an order. We waited about 15 minutes until the screen cleared and showed the order canceled. At that time I asked if we needed to replace the order. We waited another 5 minutes, and still got no answer, with cars driving by us and leaving behind us. We then drove up to the window and no one was there. We waited, as at this time, it would have been really inconvenient for us to go elsewhere (we came to Taco Bell b/c Zaxbys was already backed up). We often frequent this location after Scout meetings. 5 minutes later, we see OPD in the store and finally see someone there. They then proceed to come out and ask us to leave b/c we were blocking TBs traffic. I asked the officer, in complete shock and humiliation, what and why? He asked me to pull across the street to discuss and we did. He said that they had reported that we had made some derogatory statements and refused to move... Again, we were ASKED to wait, which we did trying to be understanding that they might have had a large order or busy night. Now I am not only hungry, but upset and humiliated. Needless to say, I doubt I will ever return to this location or possibly any Taco Bell. As stated before, I am active in the community and will be sure to share my experience. I have no idea what your employee and staffs problem was, but I sure hope you look into this behavior! Read morePoor customer service! Rushed me in the drive threw, kept asking anything else, anything else for you. Come onnn. Let me finish my order dann. So after being rushed I pay get my change back only to find out that my order was wrong. So I went back around the drive threw told them, I did not order these items, and the ones I did were not made right. Responce* oh I didn't hear you say that, well if you weren't in such a hurry to tell me "anything else" you would have. I asked them if they could take back these items I did not order, and correct mine. She tells me no mama I cannot take these items back. I told her twice I did not want them that's not what I ordered. She said the items that were wrong she could give me the stuff to put on, ON THE SIDE! There was nothing else she could do. SERIOUSLY? So I took the items didn't check them cause we just talked about it. Got down the road looked in the bag and they only gave me cheese and sour cream in a container. Ok at this point I'm livid. So I call Taco bell & ask to speak with the manager she tells me if I come back and show her my reciet she will replace these items. REDICULOUS! Therefor turn around go all the way back for the 3rd time. Absolutely not. Will never go back there again.

Read moreThere were no napkins, the touchscreen order machine had dead spots, there was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. I had a tostada a month ago, right after they can out. They were clearly less than before they disappeared, with only a small circle of beans and sauce in the center of the tortilla. Yet yesterday, the tostada was less than the one a month ago. This was mostly lettuce and cheese to cover a thin smear of beans. No doubt the lettuce was to hide the lack of beans and sauce. In a month, the reduced size was reduced again. The gordita was good and filled properly. I was going to order the $7 Luxe Cravings box that Taco Bell advertises which this store sells for $7.99 but yesterday, it was now $9.99. That is pretty ridiculous that you can't sell for the advertised price a month ago and now it is even higher ($10). No one responded when I said they were out of soap and hand towels or when I said they were out of napkins. Another customer took both napkin dispenser lids to the counter and they still didn't respond. It wasn't too dirty. The floors were fairly clean but it was clear no one had wiped the tables.
