Monkee's of Ocean City — Local services in Ocean City

I visited Monkees for the first time middle of May, and purchased approximately $800.00 worth of items, including a white pair of Paige jeans. Like many shoppers, I do not live in Ocean City permanently but own a home there. This past weekend I went to put the jeans on for the first time, and to my dismay, realized I'd bought the wrong size. (I had many items in my dressing room and must have picked up the wrong sized pair.) Today I went to the store to exchange for the correct size, and was told that there is a 5 day return policy. Who does this anymore - this is not 1980! No exceptions, no calling the manager, simply dismissal with an apology from the salesgirl. Now I own a $180 pair of jeans that I will never wear. I will not shop here again, nor will I recommend to friends that they do either. Really very disappointing, especially for a higher end boutique that is serviced by many...

Monkee’s is a main highlight of my Ocean City trips from Oregon. Not only is it beautiful and has such great people working there, but the clothing selection is perfection.
