We were on vacation when my som wrecked his phone. Our hotel gave us information on a Verzon location in the area. I called & spoke with Brian Story. We finally went in to see him about an hour before closing. We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the service was! Brian went above & beyond to help my son & I get a replacement phone. In addition to helping us, he tried to help an older gentleman who had returned an item at another store with his refund which showed extreme kindness. This was an absolute breath of fresh air to witness! Finally, he offered to put my son’s old phone in a machine to see if the water damage could be fixed & seemed to explain everything possible to help us save money. He even went as far as to offer to wait for about an hour which would have been about an hour past closing or go in on his day off to check if the machine worked. Read moreWe had the worst experience with Will at store number 4726 in West Ocean. I went asking about trading in my older iPhone 12 after paying it off, and he said that was not a possibility. Then I asked if he could wipe my old phone off of data after it was successfully transferred, and he said that Verizon did not do this any longer. It only got worse and ended up in being a fraudulent nightmare. I will never go to that store again, as well as the other two stores he’s employed which are the Berlin store and the ocean Pines store. My husband and I went back with an appointment to try to rectify the situation with no go. After I had lost money, had to change bank accounts, lost money by not having a credit card app at my business. Looking down at the desk and never looking into my eyes he said it’s no big deal. Read moreCalled Verizon to see if they had the exact phone I wanted before I went up there. I was lucky enough to speak with Heather H. She was so pleasant and helpful. They didn't gave my phone but she helped me order it. Since it was a Friday, it was delivered to my house on Tuesday. I took ut to the store to activate it. A week later I needed a jet pak. Heather hooked me up with the one I had asked for. She told me ut was the same one her kuds used....I just wanted to get online so I pretty much missed that the other one would be better for my needs. I got the het pack and wasn't happy. It dudnt meet my needs. I got in touch with her and she went out of her way to hook me up with the right one to meet my needs. She also peroxide info as to how I could save money with my plan.
