On Sunday 2/19/17 I went into Coach with my aunt and shopped around and ended up buying three purses all together. While we were checking out, the cashier, Bob, tells us we can put our items together to get an additional 25% off but we can pay separately. The total came out to be $418.97 and the Cashier, Bob, asked me to go first because out of the $418.97, my purchase was only $150. Turns out, he charged me the full $418 and didn’t tell me until moments after I checked my bank account to see his mistake and asked him about it. He then told me he is refunding me the $260. After that I look into my bank account and it isn’t there, Bob told me it would take a few days for it to process. I then told him that I have 1,200 coming out of my account for taxes and if they come out before I get my refund, my account will be in negatives. Fast forward a few days later, I check my account to see it was $150 in negatives, and I had an additional $36 overdraft fee due to that. I go into the store later that day to show the manger Anoy and Brandy his mistake and asked for a $36 refund. After explaining the situation to Anoy he seemed confused and told me that it was on the bank, I insisted that it was NOT on the bank to refund me the $36 because it was his cashier’s fault. They get my information and tell me they will contact me the following day because they had to ask the district manager if they could give me my money back (although it should have been a no brainer since my account was in negatives due to Bob’s mistake). The next day I had to drive another 40 miles back up to Coach to get my $36 cash refund, so I was pleased the district manager gave an OK to refund me my money.
Now, it is 2/27/17 and I am still waiting for my $260 refund. I called my bank and they told me it should take no longer than 7 business days, and I need to contact Coach to see what is going on. I called coach and asked how long it is suppose to take, the employee who answered the phone told me 2-3 days, I told him it has been 7 business days. He put me on hold and let me speak to Anoy, who seemed pretty irritated with me wondering where my $260 is and gave me the customer service number. I’m hoping my refund will be in my account tomorrow because like everyone else, I have bills to pay and I want my money back. From my experience, Coach’s customer service seems below average, as I have yet to receive an apology for all of...
Read moreOmg... 1st off I have never been to an outlet store where I purchased anything. All of my friends say how they get such good deals and every time I go I walk in and see that ij can't even afford a key chain and walk out. This time was different. I walked in, noticing the usual... I'm too broke for this store... but gave it a shot. Walked around for a min. Saw some clearance in the back with said 60% off so I was looking at some bags marked down from $398 to $397 and I was like this is a joke. Then a lady comes up to me and says there is an additional 30% off clearance items today onto of the 60% off and if you buy 2 or more items it's an additional 20% off. So I was like ughhh. So I ended it getting 2 small wallets for $12 bucks each and a large double pocket wristlet for $30. My bill totaled to like $300 bucks and I spent under $60. Then they gave a free perfume to me and a beautiful rose too. It was a great experience and I will...
Read moreThis store has ALWAYS been my go to at the beach, ALWAYSSSSSS. However, this year they clearly spiked their prices and it shows. I'm sure it's due to Covid 19 but we're all suffering from the pandemic one way or another. Everyone was walking in looking at the prices and walking right back out. Disappointed to say the least. We usually buy at the very least 3-6 things every visit because the prices were always so reasonable. My daughter did end up buying a smaller backpack purse that was overpriced in my opinion. Hopefully next time they will be back to their regular lower pricing. Otherwise I'll go to Macy's and use my coupons etc to get my Coach. Praying next year is better...
