Cloud Nine Inc — Local services in Ocean Shores

We walked into one of this places storefronts yesterday. My service dog was with me. As soon as my friend and I crossed the threshold, a large angry male cashier starts chewing us out about the dog. He was extremely rude, accusatory and right off the bat, made an assumption that because my dog was excited, that he would break fragile items in the store and questioning the legitimacy of his certification.

Granted, my service dog is a 6 month old Rotty and yes he was excited. He has also received formal training from a specialist at Cascade Canine and is extremely well socialized. And if he had broken anything I would have gladly paid. I was there to spend money. I had a bill fold full of cash. And really, it's not having to put him back in the car that was the issue, it's that the cashier was a high grade premo A-Hole about it as soon as we walked in. Lecturing a customer in the loudest and rudest possible way as soon as they walk in isn't going to help your business.

We went to the second storefront not realizing it was the same business until the same guy walked in there too. My friend was about to buy a hoodie but then decided not to. This place has NO costumer service skills yelled at us for trying on a hoodie and also called my mother in law a clown for telling him he didn’t need to be rude and scream across the store at them just very unprofessional and told her that he would love to kick her out and she that she should have made sure there was no sand on her shoes before coming in their store mind you this gift shop is on the beach just compliantly rude won’t ever be going back when a manager was told all she said if I will talk to him I mean this guy was screaming being completely ugly to people who are visiting from states away I just can’t believe how unwelcoming and unprofessional these people where discussing and...

I went in there 2 times. I will NEVER go back. I decided to not buy the things I had picked up so I set them down. And not only were the people working BEYOND RUDE TO ME but they followed me out of the store and accused me of stealing from them! Which I did not, I bought candy for my nephews and I have never been treated with such degrading disrespect at a store.
