I am extremely pleased with the Oceanview Verizon store. My clients are an elderly couple and both are very disabled. They needed to figure out what to do about their phone bill that keeps going up... but they are unable to come in the store. A very nice man came outside to talk to my clients in the parking lot to figure out what's going on and what we can do about it. He was very calm, very pleasant, and patient. And he explained everything very well to them. ... ...Earlier today we had went to the Millsboro store and their employees blatantly refused to walk 3 feet outside of the door to talk to my clients! Which is absolutely outrageous! We will definately be coming to the Oceanview store for all of their needs from now on! Thank you so so much for caring about helping...
   Read moreJust had a horrible experience with manager at this store. After 4 trips yesterday to buy and transfer a new phone I needed to finish the process today. Manager was supposedly standing by, informed to finish the transfer. I left my phone to finish a backup. He didn’t know anything about it. Was gruff as he looked up the file. His first comment was that I didn’t pay a transfer fee. Another hurdle, not helpful. No offer to help. He asked if I bought any accessories. He could care less about being helpful. Needs to go to Customer Service 101 class. Then go back for “Bedside manner” class. He is clearly anti customer. Tried to make a frustrating experience...

Everything was handled with care and professionalism. It’s rare to find a business that truly values its customers like this one does.
