I give them one (1) star because this review window doesn't have a minus one. My laptop was working fine, they told me that I need to take it in for a tune up so it won't begin having problems. 4 days later they call me and tell me my computer is dead! I should have read reviews before, not after. I bought an extended technical support warranty for a bit over 200 dollars and now I am afraid of calling them. I had the same problem 2 years ago with them with my previous desktop when I took it for a tune up, they told me I needed a new motherboard. I believe them and got a new one installed. Then my husband's laptop was slowing down a lot so he took it for a tune up. DEAD! They said it wouldn't turn on!!! It is a lie, now both our laptops are gone. Please, read the reviews before taking your computers there, they are not trustworthy, some of the techs seem to know what they do but the result is bad most of the time. Read moreThis is for the photography department. Great sales person. He told me they offered a photography class, so I signed up. “Please be sure to call us if you need to reschedule,” he said. So I tried to call to reschedule, I called the main number, I tried different options and guess what???? Exactly! Nobody ever answered. I spent 20 minutes of my precious time trying to get a person to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it to the one-on-one class (great idea, by the way), but seriously, you need to improve your customer service. It is frustrating to waste time. I know you are busy, but please take care of your customers as you promised to do at the time of the purchase. Now I have a fancy camera I don’t know how to use :-( I am not sure I will continue to buy from you...why spend my money in a place that basically does...
Read moreMy son was working on a school project last night. When he woke up this morning his laptop had frozen up and his project for school was stuck on his laptop. His teacher gave him an exstention through the weekend to get the issue figured out. GeekSquad and spoke to Shane. I explained the situation. My son drove into the store and they worked on it together to try and solve the issue. Unfortunately, they determined it isn't something they could fix short term and he would have to leave the laptop. He came home and got a call from shane that he was able to fix it! That my friends is customer service! Shane saved the day and saved my son from getting an F. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Keep up the good work and great customer...
