Pacific Coast Plaza — Local services in Oceanside

This review is SOLELY about the shopping center’s HVAC systems on top of the buildings. I live directly behind Pacific Coast Plaza and there is CONSTANT issues with the HVAC systems, all the time something happens to them and they begin to make loud OBNOXIOUS noises.. rattling, banging, flapping noises and they will go on all day and all night. They NEED to be FIXED or a whole new system entirely. I’ll see people up on the roof sometimes fixing them but then a week will go by and it’s back making those obnoxious noises again! I mean it’s absolutely ridiculous! And it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of the property management and/or leasing agents to get something done about it. I’ve contacted the city of Oceanside through their website to see if maybe they could do something about it but they never do, that goes for the shopping centers landscaping as well that isn’t taken care of and is extreme fire hazard to the residents that live behind the center due to all the dry brush and non working sprinkler systems near the homes. Property Management or whoever is in charge of the shopping center NEEDS to figure out the HVAC noise, whether that be get a whole new system or better covers for the units,, it needs to be taken care of. I didn’t move to fire mountain to constantly hear loud banging noises all day and all night. Honestly it sounds like a bunch of rocks inside of a dryer hooked up to an amplifier. It makes all the dogs in the neighborhood go insane and I’m sure the home owners are going insane as well. Since it’s IMPOSSIBLE to contact ANYONE in charge of the center, Im hoping maybe this will be seen and something will be done about it. Beat Buy has IMO always been the place to go and spend way too much for electronics. They have taken the Circuit City model (Which has gone the out of business) and tacked on a little extra $. They popped up a little before Amazon so this is the place you would have HAD to go for High End hard to find electronics. That being said the quality of their goods is by far Unsurpassed. By Far. Great Goods, not the be$t buy. They closed at 9pm. WHAT! Strike 2. We came in to check out some smart classes. About 350$ (minimum) a piece for my wife and I. I didn't expect to make a purchase unless the deal was good. I just wanted to shop around. Being late we didn't get past the door. I will say that we were accommodated even at closing time. The gentleman at the door (that was closed and locked) got us in touch with the manager of the department we needed. BIG thumbs UP for that. She took the time to explain what they had, which was only 1 model of what we wanted. No selection on those. No Big Deal. Just be aware there is No Way To Phone The Store Directly. My brother bought an open box TV. ( for 500$ under price, it's open box) so that's a Huge Thumbs Up. But the remote and instructions as well as any cables were not in the box. Let me first start out by saying that I do shop here regularly. Especially Walmart Best Buy. But the one star is not for the shopping is for security I have a family friend that is just became homeless and he was behind Old World Market asleep at 7:00 in the morning. When the young security guard picked up a pallet while he was sleeping and dropped it on his head then proceeded to start hitting him about the face with his baton then the plane closed or the older gentleman came in never touched my friend but threatened to both hands are on their guns when he stood up I have videotape of him 3 hours after the incident I am behind the Old World Market with the owner of the Old World Market. right before they opened up. so this is not the first time that this gentleman has been in trouble he was suspended for one week he's been suspended 3 times. if this is true he's been suspended more than once the company is in serious trouble. my opinion he is...
