Graybill Medical Group - Oceanside Office — Local services in Oceanside

I am writing this under my husband's account. I went to graybill for first visit with initial physical as they were designated as our new insurance provider. Dr. Gasalia was very nice and attentive, but the entire system is ridiculous. I was told a physical was free, but got a bill for $20 after the fact apparently because I spoke to my doctor about my intermittent carpal tunnel issues, for asking about prescribing my PRN medication as I was out and for ensuring I had my mammogram scheduled. Not sure, but these should fall under a physical as they all are part of my body! Have to dispute this charge! Additionally, I was sent a bill for the medical device i received in office for my carpal tunnel, but was never told it may or may not be covered under my HMO! And I had 14 days to return it, but was never told this in my visit either, it's been 2 months! When I called to speak to billing they told me they have no idea what I'm talking about, they've never heard of the company that supplies their medical devices! The whole staff always have been extremely helpful. My general practitioner in the office always listens and does everything he can to help me. I went in yesterday with less hope than ever about my situation and the doctors on staff took my situation seriously enough to the extent that they just fixed my issue right there in the office (Without having to make multiple appointments to do so).I’ve been a patient there for two years. I have seen Dr. Nupur Gosalia for about 15 years and absolutely love her and her caring bedside manner. She is very progressive with health care and I trust her fully. Over the years when she was out I have been seen by Dr. Tinio and also P.A. Jennifer. Wow, wonderful care from everyone, they really care about a patient getting better. This last time, post Covid complications, I was helped for the first time by Dr. Luu and again, I am so impressed and grateful for the genuine care and concern and immediate help when I needed it.
