Broken Yolk. Best breakfast around these parts. 'Border Benedict' was something new and unique to me, which is hard to find something new for breakfast, at least for me. Eggs were perfect, hollandaise sauce tasty, Mexican rice, beans, ground beef sprinkled all around the corn cakes used for the Benedict. TRADER JOES It's always a great experience here. The food is fresh along with their brand products. You should always go th thier seasonal items. Many organics and I get their coconut sugar and Cowboy Bark(seasonal) along with the Turkey dinner wraps w/gravy sauce (seasonal also) But they have many more things hidden inside there as well. I like this center as you can visit more than one of the great shops that are there, from a single parking space (you don't have to walk far from shop to shop). I only gave the center 4 stars because parking can be an issue. Trader Joe's is always busy and the parking lot is barely big enough to support that store & the others in the center.
