You might as well light your money on fire and/or give the rest to your chiropractor.
This is a set we bought in 2016. Within the first six months, the cushions went from a formed somewhat firm supportive cushion to this lumpy mess you see in the pictures. The pieces are so unbearable to sit on at this point, that sitting on the floor is more comfortable! You sink halfway to the floor and get poked by springs. I won't be surprised at all if within a few months, the springs poke all the way through the fabric and vinyl material.
American Signature replaced the two middle pieces during that first six months but they were out of the ottomans only for the same thing to happen again another six months later. By this point we were told that the pieces were discontinued and were offered a "reselection." This means they give you a credit towards buying another set of furniture, so that you can start this process all over again. What they don't address is that they retire a line of furniture, rename it, and raise the price. This was the Adventura series, which then had a new name, and then the style was changed sightly and now is called the Santana. The main problem is that we already paid around $1000 for this furniture set. We were frustrated at having to pay at least another $300 to go from 6 pieces to 4 and cancelled the order and let them know we would try again when there was a sale to hopefully curb that cost.
It's now two years later and we were not told that the "reselection" had an expiration date. So now they won't honor it, and we're stuck with this wonderful furniture. So too the extended "warranty" is a waste as it doesn't cover premature wear, only tears and stains and such. To add insult to injury, the couches have since caused some severe sciatic pain to run down my leg, which coincidentally goes away if I avoid sitting on this sectional for a few days. I added another picture of another furniture piece we bought from here. The main issue with this one is that the cushions are bound to the frames by metal screws attached to threaded cardboard. We had to call them within the first week to address that, and the technician came out and just bent the brackets closer to the cushion. While this worked on 2 out of the 4 chairs, the other two the cushion is not flush with those brackets no matter how far you bend them, so the cushions just flop around and fall off, something that could have been avoided with either a sheet of thin plywood or metal bearings in the cardboard, or frames that fit flush to the cushions. Not asking for much here really.
So take a good long hard look at the quality workmanship you see here before you consider handing over your money, or worse, borrowing money to buy here, because I have zero confidence that you will pay it off before you end up preferring the floor to...

Osmin and meshia were so patient and listened to all of our concerns with our previous couch and what we wanted in the new one. Osmin showed us a beautiful Dark power reclining sectional that was exactly what we were looking for. After giving sometime to sleep on it we returned the next morning to the store to find meshia and Anna had been working on straightening out our financing situation all morning and fixed the issues we had with rooms to go. Also osmin service when we walked in the next morning was top tier he already had our paperwork completed and had talk to his manager about the price we requested on the couch and he had already got it approved with the manager, checked into what deals could be offered on the warranty which ended up being an amazing deal and also he had already checked the next available delivery date. All of this was done by Osmin, Meshia and Anna by the time we walked in as soon as they opened the next morning. All we had to do was literally sit down and sign the paperwork! It was such a breeze and the pricing was so great we actually ended up getting a beautiful dresser on sale that the manager also worked with us on the price for too! Convenient enough when Louis and Breonna checked us out they were super helpful and attentive to make sure we were able to only pay one delivery for both items and they were able to be delivered two days later. The delivery was great the guys they used were extremely polite, communicated well on timing and set everything up exactly where we wanted without rushing us.
