K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Ocoee

Not a VERY GOOD experience their, I've been a customer of K&G for over 20 years and never experience what I encounter last week on the 24th of July. I own over 30 suits and all of them have been purchase at K&G and I will NEVER purchase another one from their again. Needed a black suit for my Black and White affair for my family reunion in Augusta Georgia and stop by this location because it's where I shop I purchase the suit and ask was their any way the pants could be altered that same day and the clerk said yes. they measured me and done the pants. when I decided to try on the pants in Georgia I discovered they were to short and I had to fine another store to purchase another suit to go to the affair.. when I return home to Orlando, I took the suit back to the store and explained to the manager and not only was she rude to me and not willing to let me talk but didn't want to give me her supervisors name, they refuse to refund my money due to their mistake but wanted to repair the same pants. I refuse that and was told that's the best they can do. I will never shop their again since this is how they treat a 20 year...

Husband just left the shop so disappointed because his sales rep sold him the wrong Black Friday deal. Stating that if he buys any suit in on the rack he was looking at he would get two free. He spent an hour plus trying on suits, just for him to get to the register and the cashier told him that “no that’s not true you have to spend $260+ on a suit to get two free.” After back and forth with the manager they still did not want to honor any type of discount or sale due to the error of their sales rep and time wasted. The cashier at checkout was upset because all she cared about was commission and was working very hard to sale add on bags or socks so she can make money, and complained after my husband politely said no thank you.
