La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Decor — Local services in Ocoee

This was our first time dealing with the La-Z-Boy store in Ocoee. We have had three La-Z-Boys but had never purchased one directly from a La-Z-Boy store. We called the store because the foot portion of our existing rocker/recliner wasn't locking into place. I looked online to see what might be available to purchase before calling. I spoke to JD and he was very helpful over the phone. He said that if we purchased from a La-Z-Boy store we would have a lifetime warranty on the mechanism. That was a strong selling point to get us to come into the store. We also considering having our existing chair repaired but it was gifted to us so we knew we would have to pay for the repair. While we were at the store JD showed my husband some information about doing a repair and we also proceeded to look and see what was available. We had a certain price range in mind and we wanted a rocker/recliner. I was almost convinced to buy a certain chair and then my husband spotted a leather chair which was a little more expensive but probably more durable in the long run. We proceeded to place an order for one. JD was very helpful with us and we appreciated his customer service. When we returned home my husband proceeded to repair the chair and now we are also looking forward to getting our new leather rocker/recliner. I went into the Ocoee store with a friend. I knew exactly what I was looking for & didn't have much time. Max met us quickly upon entering. I told him I was looking for 1 item only, and I needed it for my elderly mother, who would be coming home from rehab. Due to her surgery, she could not get into her bed. I told Max I needed a sleep chair combined with a powerlift recliner. He was a perfect gentleman & very professional. In his knowledge of the stores inventory, he walked us straight to the chair I was looking for. I gave him mom's height & weight. My friend & I both tried it out because we are 1-2" taller than mom. It fit us both perfectly. I then asked him if there were any other chairs to compare. He showed us 1 more and explained it was made to fit a larger body, and it did not have all the functions the first one had. We tried it out; it was way too big. So, based on Max's knowledge of inventory & his understanding of mom's needs. He thoroughly demonstrated all the features, which were awesome. I made the purchase. He told me it would be 7-10 business days to get the chair from their Tennessee Warehouse. It was exactly 7 days & delivered promptly the next day. The delivery & set up was completed perfectly. It was a pleasure working with LaZy Boy & Max. His personality is amazing & he fits his position...

My wife and myself went to this store on Orange Blossom Trail to look at love seats with very specific designs and a color that we had in mind. We met Tim and he was without a doubt the very best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was so kind and patient with us. He spent quite a bit of time and listened to everything we wanted.He had an idea for a love seat that he thought might be perfect after showing us some other ones. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. He asked if we would want to go to another store to look at it and called them to make sure they had it. We went and met with the salesperson he sent us to He was super nice as well and we loved it. We did not hesitate to go back to Tim because who does that takeing a chance on losing a sale. Tim did because he just wanted us to be happy. He even told us to wait for a special sale . I'm glad we did because we got the best deal. When we went in we were greated by Robert and he was so pleasent and made sure we got a drink and food that they had for this special sale. Then Tim took amazing care of us. He was amazing. I would highly highly recommend Tim to anyone who wants to feel like they matter....
