I was hesitant at first to get my phone repaired here. I'm generally pretty good with my hands and looked up some tutorials to fix my issue. I have a Pixel 4 and I dropped my phone on hard tile and gave my screen a pretty good crack in it that got progressively worse. Well, those screens are real pieces of work to repair and there was no way I was about to do this. The original quote price over the phone of $300~ kept me from doing it for a few weeks, but I finally realized it needed to be done and went in to repair it.
I normally don't expect much from these places, I pay for a service and receive the service. The people up front are friendly and welcoming, but that's what they are paid to do, so while it was pleasant, it was what I expected. Once I went back to pick up my phone (Took a little over 3 hours, but this is a difficult repair) this was where I got impressed.
I work in restaurants as a manager often times I'm in the kitchen. I keep my phone on me and occasionally pull it out while on the line to check emails/texts from my company/boss/other managers or any other person, and as such my phone collects all kinds of gunk, namely breading that is in the air (and everywhere) which can clog the speakers and other things on my device.
When I received my phone back the repair was in order and what I expected. However, they took the time to go into my phone and clean all my speakers and mics and my phone looked brand new. I was very pleased because I didn't ask for this first of all, but I know how annoying that was and tedious in conjunction to the already annoying screen repair.

Read moreWe started an online claim yesterday for a device repair, and brought the device in at 2:30pm to this uBreakiFix location in Winter Garden. Kylie informed us that it would take roughly two hours for the repair, and that there was a couple devices ahead of us. We leave to go run errands in the area, and hear nothing from the them. They informed us that they would call, text or leave a message when the device is ready. Due to the screen being broken, we had to do all of the Apple logistics once the screen was swapped out but they did not take that into consideration. And because of that I gave them MY cellphone number, so they could reach us. Two hours go by, we still do not hear anything from them so we decided to call their location only to find out that they closed at 5pm. We immediately head back to the location, and the doors are locked. We knocked, and waited at the door for almost an hour until an employee comes out to leave for the day. We confronted them about the ZERO communication, and how extremely frustrated we are to have to wait an additional day in order to get our device back due to their lack of communication. If we had known that they closed at 5pm, we would’ve went back a lot earlier. What the employees should’ve done was call or text at 4:30pm, which was the quoted time for the repair. He should have told us ahead of time that we needed to come back the following day. We have a recent with proof of all of this information. We are extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this whole experience, and will be going somewhere else...
Read moreIan and the other employees (so sorry I didn't get their names!) were FANTASTIC! As a cast member of Walt Disney World I work in a culture where extraordinary customer service is demanded. So few companies in my experience emphasize customer service to above-average levels so when I visited uBreakiFix and received such excellent attention I had to write a review. They absolutely went above and beyond in fixing a salt water corrosion issue I had after an unfortunate ocean experience my iPhone had on a South American vacation. They made sure to explain in terms I could understand what they could and couldn't promise and they delivered more than I even expected. What I truly appreciated was their enthusiasm and friendliness. From my perspective, fixing my phone appeared to be a challenge they wanted to undertake rather than a job that would pay their salary this week. Not unlike going to a mechanic with a car that isn't working I felt that I was at the mercy of someone who could take advantage of me in trying to have my phone repaired. My mind was eased immediately upon meeting them; and the continued attention since that first visit has convinced me to go see them if I EVER have ANY issue with my phone before taking it anywhere else. I trust them. And they were super friendly. And professional. And patient. I cannot recommend these guys more highly.
