Their website claims 20 years of roasting experience, so I was expecting coffee on par with a specialty café. I was surprised to find them inside a Walmart — I almost turned around, but since we had already driven there, we decided to give it a try.

We ordered two iced lattes, and at first, all I could taste was vanilla — which was odd because we didn’t ask for any flavoring. I went back and asked if they had added vanilla by mistake, and they confirmed they had. They kindly remade our drinks with just oat milk and espresso.

Unfortunately, the remade lattes were even worse. The espresso was extremely sour and completely undrinkable. We later found out their espresso is pre-made in Seattle, then shipped to them and dosed per order using an automated machine. This might explain the lack of freshness and poor flavor.

For context, my wife and I roast our own coffee at home and are very particular about quality and flavor. This wasn’t just disappointing — it was significantly worse than chain coffee from Starbucks, Dutch Bros, or Dunkin'. I honestly don’t believe they know how to roast coffee, despite what their branding claims.

I wish I had asked for a refund, because we couldn’t even finish our drinks. The customer service was friendly, but the coffee experience was a total miss. We won’t be...

I came in to Walmart to grab some washer fluid and happened to see this cafe on the way out. I was going to go home, but I was just too curious to go without first trying it.

The iced salted caramel was good, just the right balance of milk, caramel, and coffee without being too sweet.

As for the spicy turkey havarti, the bread has a soft/firm texture that feels good in my mouth, and the havarti cheese has a nice subtle taste, but I think the turkey itself could use some more spice.

Overall, I'd say I'd come back. I hope more of these stores open in Walmarts around the US. Places with lots of foot traffic, whether that be a large store/mall, train station (or a combination of all three) are always smart places to open these sorts...

Absolutely fantastic service! Hands down one of the reasons why I keep coming back. All the servers are genuinely kind and knowledgeable of the menu; and such quick service! The coffee, oh my days, you can never go wrong with their iced salted caramel. It's my go to order! My partner never liked caramel anything until he tried it and now he won't order anything else. 😅 Do yourself a favor and drop by at least once to decide for yourself.
