Every single time i come into this store i feel really uncomfortable one of the owners zack is a really great person and easy to talk to he knows alot about video games and trading cards the reason for my 3 star rating is because of the other darker skin owner every time i show up he makes not just me but my family feel very uncomfortable before zack became split owner i came in with my brother my brother asked the guy if he could hold a game till he got paid the following week sadly my brother lost his job and wasnt able to pick up the game, everytime not just me but my family have been treated with disrespect the man holds grudges and doesnt seem to let go other then holding a grudge the man likes to talk down to you if you say anything about retro game prices he forces top dollar for all games and doesnt like being told wrong i been buying and selling games and collectibles for over 15 years and i have recieved lots of possitivity in my time doing bussiness i find this guys attitude very disrespectful there store needs more employees and that man needs better customer service but when you buy from West Orange Games and Comics i recomend being careful with this owner and try deal with...

The selection in this store, althought good, seems to be lacking starpower in a sense. There are a lot of games but not many big name titles my friends and I have been seeking and this store always seems to be 1.5x what other stores charge. I have had mixed experience with the staff. Sometimes the staff. Sometimes they are amazing, informative, and friendly. However other times they have walked away and helped other customers instead of finishing up the checkout process, or associates yell at each other from the front and back rooms. It is really hit or miss. The last thing I will say is I know the store is small but personal space goes a long way. Like I said the store isn't big but I have a problem with people being too close, like our arms are touching or an associate hovering over which makes me feel uncomfortable especially when debating a purchase I am about to make. Despite that all I believe this is a good local game stores. Overall I have had okay experiences here with a few not so great ones scattered about. It is one of the few ones closer to the Minneola clermont area without having to deal with the 408 or i4 traffic 💀. Worth checking out if you...
