I have been a member at $199/month for two months. My chosen treatments have been largely effective and the aestheticians are skilled, HOWEVER read the contract carefully before you sign. You can receive a maximum of 2 treatments per visit. This means several trips per month to try to get what youâve paid for. If you work during the week and canât take long spa lunches there, you are left scrapping for the evening or Saturday appointments. Furthermore you cannot book the next monthâs appointments until the last visit of the previous month. Even if youâre paid in full, you must wait, meaning it gets increasingly difficult to find open appointments. If You have anything else going on in your life, you are out of luck. My experience of this facility is spending a good amount of my time every week trying to make sure I am getting the treatments that Iâve paid for and getting on their schedule.I have experienced the front desk staff as mostly friendly, but there have been several times my questions and concerns have been met with terse scripted replies. The fact that they have scripted consistent responses for pleas for help with the scheduling, means that they must get lots of complaints about that. Again, pretty good facility, but the value is only there if you work hard to fit in all of your treatments. And it is work. Finally, this is not a âluxury âspa. It is a cross between an upscale nail salon and a doctors office. There are no robes, towels, or slippers, Even if you purchase an upgraded facial. I have upgraded in the amount of $85, but ostensibly on could- by taking best advantage of the available menu- spends 100âs on upgrades and still not get the service level you would get at a truly âLuxury Spa.â I do want to reiterate that the facialists are excellent!    Read moreUpdate: very next day after review. I got a call and was left with a voicemail. I tried to talk to the manager could not get a hold of them and was told client relations can help me. No thank you. If the owner/manager on duty canât even take the 2 mins of time to listen I donât want business with you. All the extra attitude on the phone was not necessary. And to try and say it wasnât gossip after to heard every word is an absolute joke. You donât care about your clients and itâs very clear. I wish I could give this place a zero.
I visited Contour Med Spa 5X and unfortunately seem to continue to have a very negative experience. the aftercare instructions were unclear and poorly communicated, which left me feeling uncertain about how to properly care for my skin post-treatment.
Additionally, I overheard the receptionist gossiping about a customer who was asking legitimate questions about their membership. This was not only unprofessional but made me uncomfortable in what should have been a relaxing environment.
There is always a complete lack of hospitality, and communication was severely lacking throughout my visit. On top of that, seems that the staff are not properly trained, which resulted in confusion and a less-than-ideal experience overall. I arrived at 6:52pm for my 6:45pm appointment and I say this because they apparently have a 5-min grace period before they move on to the next appointment.
Whats the point of confirming your appointment if youâll just assume the person wont show up? You can also call to see what happened? I cant even go to the Kissimmee location per your policy. Improve your communication please! No one is paying me for the time and gas I have to use to get to your location and you just wash your hands with your unhelpful personnel.
After the person told me they shut everything down (even though they close at 7pm) and told me thereâs a 5-min grace, I didnt want to argue because how am I going to make you stay late but then the person attending me didnât like that I spoke up for myself and said that explaining myself was arguing? So youâre not just going to not help me but youâre going to be rude about it?
