I have been coming here for years and honestly the service is THE WORST! I’ve stayed loyal because the product and prices are good. When I asked the owner a year or so ago if he would get high chairs he responded with, “this is not really a kids place.” What does that even mean? All the teens are so rude and snotty. Today’s experience with really bad product and customer service was the last straw for me I will never be back!
You please tell the truth! Please post the video I beg because that is a lie and a disgrace to our community! I said not one mean thing to her and my exact words were there is no granola in my bowl and she rudely replied that if I want more I need to pay for it. I responded sarcastically how nice you guys always are. It WAS NOT 15 mins later. You know for a fact a mom is serious if she gets her kids back out the car. I did not slam the bowl there was not one single drop spilled even though it was soup. Do not lie and say that I bullied her because I never once offended her character I simply wanted my money back since my product was not good since I got it in my hand. I support local businesses everyday and have worked at several. I have recommended so many people there and even they have stoped going because how rude the staff is. There is more then one comment on here about how bad the service is so maybe you need to focus on that instead of bullying your customers online, you should be ashamed of yourself. I used to go there with my son as an outing as a stay at home mom I would never intentionally let him mess up your art work but he was a rambunctious toddler. I didn’t go there for almost a year with my child because you were so rude. You have been open for how many years now and you still don’t have high chairs or a changing table.... hmmm interesting. I asked the owner at Holy Grain to get high chairs and she had some there the next time we visited and have been loyal daily customers and it’s my kids favorite place to visit.

Read moreStaff wasn't very friendly. Acai Bowl was disappointing. If you get peanut butter or almond butter, nutella, etc., how could they just put a big scoop of it in instead of drizzle it on. I never thought I'd AVOID peanut butter, it was just too much, and just unappetizing. Drizzled tastes and looks a million times better. I make my own now and I always drizzle it on using cake decorator/squeeze bottles. Also, a juice/smoothie place shouldn't be using unhealthy honey, they should have raw honey, but maybe they just can't make $ if they use raw honey, idk how that works... The other place I go to in Myrtle Beach, where I was introduced to acai/pitaya bowls make a MUCH better bowl and seem to care about making the customer happy and take pride in their delicious bowls, appearance and taste, and they like talking to you about it. They're happy to be doing it. These people don't seem to be and don't seem to take at least as much pride as they should be, at least based on the 1 experience I had there.. . The price was definitely better tho, so I guess you get what you pay for... Read moreI was took my chances and re-visited Tru Nature with hopes of being serviced by a nicer person and was assisted by DESIREE! She was phenomenal! I told her about my past experience with my usual order and how rudely I was treated and she apologized for what happened was exceptionally pleasant, not giving me ANY issues about replacing raspberry for blueberry in my mini-Buddha bowl, which at my last visit, I was told that I could remove it, but NOT substitute it.

In response to the owner, you are RIGHT! I am a business owner, and if I had a request such as the one that I had from another customer, I would have mentioned the change and gave the option of a higher cost for the substitution (which I would have paid with no issues), but to tell me that I am unable to substitute raspberry for blueberry makes no sense, because what THEN would I have in my bowl? just liquid??
