2nd post- it’s been awhile and I forgot to update but my bracelet was so worn even when I got it back it unfortunately still began to crack… I took it back to belliston jewelry and they fixed it as soon as possible when the jeweler who had worked on my particular piece came back into work. They fixed it for FREE‼️‼️‼️ because of the crack-the jeweler fixed the top to where you can’t even see where it was cracked and he overlayed a nice, solid piece onto the inside of my bracelet to ensure it would not break. It’s so important to my culture and my heritage and to have a non-hopi Native American fix my very special, cultural bracelet…. It just means more than you could know…. I will wear this til the day I am gone from here and go wherever it is I may go and this bracelet will be buried with me now because it will never break 💜💜💜💜

1st post-I am sooooo happy about the results on my bracelet. I had brought it in because it is sterling silver and was very tainted and black and brown and was cracking and I did not want to wear it anymore for fear of it breaking. This piece is very important to me as my mother gave it to me and being a hopi native American you get a bracelet when you are a baby and one when you are an adult. Belliston has been excellent to work with from start to finish. My fiancée and I were greeted soon after entering the store by Ellie. She took us around the cases and happily showed us any of the rings that caught our eyes and helped us narrow down choices. We found a ring that we really liked but still wanted to make some customizations, including a kite cut diamond, which Ellie noted and started to search for. It took quite a search but they were able to find a diamond maker who could create a custom diamond to make our dream a reality. Soon afterwards, one of the designers, Michelle, reached out and showed me 3D models of the ring and we were able to work through a few iterations to arrive at a design that perfectly captured our vision. Michelle was very responsive and capable and a pleasure to work with. A couple weeks later our custom ring was ready and well within the timeframe they gave me for completion. The final ring and wedding band are incredible and we could not be happier!!! The store staff was so encouraging and excited for us. Most importantly, my fiancée is absolutely thrilled with the final result and will treasure these rings for the rest of our lives together!
