If I could give a 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve ordered online, door dash, and even gone in, they have messed every order up. They never seem to be considerate of their customers. Kids seem to work there. They are beyond slow. They never attend to anybody who is at the counter.
I just ordered another DoorDash. It said it was an hour wait. DoorDash came and didn’t have the crazy bread. I brought the pizza in, opened it and it had the wrong name on it. ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG. I went back out to the DoorDash lady and told her they had given her the wrong order. She told me that she ran in, grabbed the pizza and checked to make sure it was the right order and saw they gave her the wrong order. She took it back in and proceeded to get the correct order which ended up being TOTALLY WRONG. I decided to give them not one call, not two, but ELEVEN CALLS. They never answered any of them. We ended up having to drive all the way to little caesars to ask for our order from DoorDash. The young man proceeded to tell us there was no order and said they could remake the pizza but couldn’t refund us (had to be a refund through DoorDash). He made our pizza and I asked what had happened to our order that we had from DoorDash. He proceeded to tell me that two previous door dashers came in and said they were upset and that they had gotten their orders wrong as well. I asked what happened to my pizza and he then said that their “DoorDash iPad was dead because an employee didn’t plug it up the night before.” WHAT?! I’m still wondering where my pizza was. Waited 15 minutes for my pizza to be made. Once the pizza was ready, he gave us our pizza and crazy bread. He forgot to give us our sauce and soda. I am furious at how long it took and how inconsiderate they are for their customers.
CORPORATE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE CONTACTED.
TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER GO THERE. Terrible,...
Read moreIf I could rate zero stars I would. Felt like we were literally watching the place go out of business. There was no direction. I walked in to a room of about 7-8 people who hadn't been helped and a cashier that stood there and didnt welcome anyone. 2 people walked out without being helped cursing under their breath. So I walked to the counter and was told it would be 15 minutes before any pizza was ready. (What about "hot and ready for 5 bucks"? So I left. Searched 2 other locations in the area and they were 13 minutes away each so I went back in and the situation hadn't changed much, held the door for a female walking out talking on the phone about 'what a joke this place is'. People came and went without ordering given the current state of the staff. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and the cashier told me it would be 10 minutes until it would be ready, almost in a sense of getting me to leave. I shrugged it off and paid. Saw the pizza taken off a stack sitting in the back already boxed, about 5 minutes later, EVEN THOUGH THE PIZZAS HAD BEEN SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME. I thought they were empty boxes! Took my food from a gentleman who was somehow holding it together even though he was seemingly cooking and serving every order taken from a cashier who either had zero training or zero experience; and left with 2 other women in the lobby that had been there since the first time i had come in and still didnt have their food. I told them good luck on my way out and we...
Read moreI honestly can't understand how this place is still up and running. My first bad experience was a year ago.... I just moved to Washington terrace. And this is the closest Little Caesars to us. We ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. They were all super super greasy. I thought maybe a fluke.... So we tried again a few months later. Just as bad... But because it's the closest we kept going. They always have a huge line of people cause the pizza is never ready on time, or it is made wong..... well tonight was the last straw. It's been a year of bad service.... So no excuse will do. This was my order Custom Round (2663 Cal): $13.96 Pizza: Round (2000 Cal) Whole: Pepperoni (260 Cal) Left: Italian Sausage (215 Cal), Mushrooms (20 Cal), Onions (18 Cal), Green Peppers (10 Cal), Black Olives (140 Cal) Now as you can see when people order a half pizza that usually means they are sharing. So it would be beneficial for the pizza to be cut into equal slices. They didn't put on the Italian sausage..... Previously I ordered a thin crust pizza and as some of you may know those are pre made and frozen with a piece of cookie sheet paper on it. Well they left a bunch of the paper on it and just put the sauce and toppings on it. So when I took a bite I got a whole lot of paper in my mouth. So I guess I'll just have to start taking the extra drive to the better Little Caesars. If you'd like to know which that is, it is on 12th street and wall. Right next to Ross...
