Top Tier Cake Shoppe — Restaurant in Ogden

Nice people and its a cute place. I did a customize vintage heart cake for my daughter’s birthday. I think the cake was heavily frosted. The cake had some drier hard pieces and was overall nothing mind blowing. I noticed when looking at the detail piping on the top of the cake its not the best piping. Customize cakes are expensive and imo the detail of piping and capturing that look should stand out. The pipping of the top heart cake was piped going up in one direction and down in the other direction which made it look not cohesive. Heart cakes piping I have seen at the top is both sides are piped upwards same direction to give it that...

This is the 3rd time I've had something here. I've spoken to them on the phone many times. They answer my crazy question. And..... They NEVER EVER disappoint!!!! They are kind, patient and they don't have that eye roll. You guys know what I'm talking about. They are just plain nice. And let's not forget their treats!!!!! Oh my goodness!!💝 Now I had pre covid and their red velvet is amazing 😍. Post covid I enjoy food by appearance and texture. I can't taste or smell it anymore. These still are amazing. But don't be surprised if you walk out spending more than $20 -$30. Be well everyone and be safe this summer!!! Check these ladies...

I had only two days to find the perfect cake for my daughter who was turning 27, most places wouldnt do it in that short of time, then I called Top Tier and they must have some kind of magical kitchen because not only did they kindly take my order, they made the most beautiful cake anyone had ever seen for a birthday, and it was the best tasting anyone had ever had, with it's rasberry filling and vanilla butter cream, which she also had layered inside a chocolate cake. It was the hit of the party and I will never go anywhere else again, she made the most beautiful, perfect cake for the most beautiful, perfect daughter....
