We had a lot of fun here at Time Trap. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was fun. We did the super hero themed room. I've heard it wasn't as intricate as other escape rooms, but this was my first experience so I don't know. It was still a lot of fun and a decent challenge. At the very least it was a good beginner room and prep for the next escape room.

This was our first attempt at an escape room, and though there were only two of us, we still completed around 80% of the puzzles. The young lady (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and courteous, yet was still completely professional throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Time Trap for a group date or team building activities.

Heather was terrible threatened to kick us out for playing despicably me song after paying 160 dollars! Heather was condescending made us feel stupid for asking questions after telling us to ask however many questions we want. We got Lauren after and she was a breathe of fresh air please ask for Lauren if attending this escape room!

I would say this was a mediocre experience. My hubby and I have recently started doing escape rooms, and have visited 3 other venues. For this one- it just didn't feel polished, or like the story was executed in a believable way.

The waiting room didn't have enough space / seating ... the " Time Trap room" door didn't close all the way and wasn't locked - and you could hear the employees on the other side (which kinda minimized the story / experience). The employee that told the story to us before hand did it in a rote / overpracticed/ trying-to-rush-through it way that really took away the magic / fun of these rooms. There was no element of theater or excitement to it really. They never asked us to put our phones away, or had a locker system for our personal supplies (purse wallet etc). and it was unclear if there was a 1 lock: clue ratio (most places will tell you before hand) - and didn't have a place to put finished clues.

The clues and the puzzles were well thought out- but the furnishing in the room seemed frail/ worn/ and not exactly clean. It doesn't feel "believable". And a few times during the experience I thought the room was just dusty/ grimey/ too small for the 5 of us. For example- (without giving away clues) one of the color grids / word grids the color on a few squares, and symbols on the rocks were so worn away that it was really hard to see. Lighting was also an issue.

Overall- the experience was just "okay" but if we are paying $130+ for a family activity I would like to feel like the story is real (even for an hour) - and that the details were a little more done.

We will be doing escape rooms again- but probably not at...

I’ve done both Supervillian Takedown and Egyptian Enigma and they were both terrific! The rooms are well done and quite clever. I really appreciate that they made (at least the Egypt one) unlimited questions. It’s still more fun to figure it out ourselves, but if we went stagnant it was nice not to feel we had a finite resource to call on. The staff member was really nice, though we did struggle to understand him a bit. Our group of 4 loved our time and want to return again soon!

Also, I scheduled the wrong day on accident and after emailing them, they were so chill about me rescheduling. Decreased my embarrassment...

The staff were super friendly, but the room was a letdown. My partner and I have done a bunch of escape rooms and usually have a great time, but this one was disappointing. Some puzzles felt more unclear and poorly designed than real challenges, and a few clues were so worn they were unreadable — making certain puzzles impossible to solve without asking for help. The walkie-talkie hints were hard to understand, so staff had to come in a few times, which broke the flow and immersion. We ended up leaving more frustrated than anything and did not...
