After my second visit, a high four star rating. First, the customer service is top tier. The employees are all very kind, helpful, and welcoming and the food comes out very swiftly. The food itself is pretty good, pricing is a little up there but adequate for the most part. If you order dishes individually it gets a little pricey however, you can expect to pay 10-20$ for a comfortable main dish, side of rice & beans, and a drink. I wasnāt super impressed with the meats as depending on the batch you may get it dry or tender and juicy; I personally believe itās average. Luckily this establishment has a variety of salsas at its salsa bar which, for the most part, are pretty good! I did notice between my two visits that the quality varied. I ordered the same meal both times and it certainly changed, the first time I did not receive rice and beans on the side rather they were inside the burrito, but then the second time I got them on the side? As well as the tacos were very moist and flavorful my first time whereas my second visit they were a bit dry and the tortillas fell apart. Also, the venue needs a little more āpizazā as it is a large building with lots of space, needs more; itās a little plain and there was no music, very quiet. However I do believe this restaurant has a load of potential as it gets settled in and I hope to see them thrive! Iād definitely recommend giving this place a try and help get them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered pastor nachos and a carne asada burrito. The tortilla wasnāt hot and couldāve been cooked more. The burrito was terribly wrapped making it difficult and messy to eat. I ordered my rice the side instead of in the burrito and I never got it. I was charged extra for onions and guacamole which were free at the condiment bar. I was refunded the money for that. There was so little meat on the burrito it tasted like I was eating just a bean burrito. The couple times I realized there was meat in the burrito was when I had to spit it out because they were long stringy pieces of gristle.
The āguacamoleā is a green salsa. Why donāt any of the Mexican restaurants in Utah have real guacamole? There was no pico de gallo at the condiment bar?!! That should be illegal. Will not go there again. Why eat out if I can make better food at home? To end on a positive note the...
