After my second visit, a high four star rating. First, the customer service is top tier. The employees are all very kind, helpful, and welcoming and the food comes out very swiftly. The food itself is pretty good, pricing is a little up there but adequate for the most part. If you order dishes individually it gets a little pricey however, you can expect to pay 10-20$ for a comfortable main dish, side of rice & beans, and a drink. I wasn’t super impressed with the meats as depending on the batch you may get it dry or tender and juicy; I personally believe it’s average. Luckily this establishment has a variety of salsas at its salsa bar which, for the most part, are pretty good! I did notice between my two visits that the quality varied. I ordered the same meal both times and it certainly changed, the first time I did not receive rice and beans on the side rather they were inside the burrito, but then the second time I got them on the side? As well as the tacos were very moist and flavorful my first time whereas my second visit they were a bit dry and the tortillas fell apart. Also, the venue needs a little more ā€œpizazā€ as it is a large building with lots of space, needs more; it’s a little plain and there was no music, very quiet. However I do believe this restaurant has a load of potential as it gets settled in and I hope to see them thrive! I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try and help get them...

We ordered pastor nachos and a carne asada burrito. The tortilla wasn’t hot and could’ve been cooked more. The burrito was terribly wrapped making it difficult and messy to eat. I ordered my rice the side instead of in the burrito and I never got it. I was charged extra for onions and guacamole which were free at the condiment bar. I was refunded the money for that. There was so little meat on the burrito it tasted like I was eating just a bean burrito. The couple times I realized there was meat in the burrito was when I had to spit it out because they were long stringy pieces of gristle.

The ā€œguacamoleā€ is a green salsa. Why don’t any of the Mexican restaurants in Utah have real guacamole? There was no pico de gallo at the condiment bar?!! That should be illegal. Will not go there again. Why eat out if I can make better food at home? To end on a positive note the...

We called early in the evening to let them know we were bringing our family in for dinner for my husbands birthday, we have 7 children and 10 grandkids! When we got there they were so prepared to take our orders and get drinks and a pitcher of water and water cups. After she took our orders we all sat and visited and waited for our food! We thought it would be a while since it was a large order and it was taco Tuesday, but within a few minutes the food started coming out fresh and hot! The server even gave us chips for our whole group and a soda for the birthday boy! The food here is AMAZING and the service is Phenomenal! Their Gringas are the BEST!! We love the salsa bar as well!’ Thanks Don Carlos servers and cooks for making my husbands birthday dinner a success!! We will be back soon!!! Oh and the Tres Leche cake sooo...

One of THE BEST authentic restaurants I've been to! They are famous for their tacos, but I haven't even had them! 🤣 I tried their tamales and nachos and the hibiscus tea! OMG they were amazing, and hands down THE BEST tamales I've EVER had! I am a tamale fiend, and I can't tell you how many dry and empty tamales I've bought, I was truly shocked at how juicy and full of meat and flavor these ones were! They are pricey, but once you have them, you know they didn't go cheap on them, so of course they will be more, but totally worth it!!!! The pineapple drink is prob the freshest I've ever had. The pineapple habanero salsa was so amazing, their entire sauce bar is pretty intense and an positive their tacos are so good with them! Can't wait to slowly try everything!

This is my go to spot for street tacos in Ogden. It’s a really chill place with good tacos. In fact it’s so cool I’d put it on par with a one strap shouldered backpack and a hat backwards in the late 90s…..which was pretty amazing. I’ve never waited in a line because the service is super fast. They have a fixing bar that tops the taco off. Their salsas are perfect, and multiple spice levels. They don’t put cheese in the standard street taco but they do such a good job on the food that I don’t even care. Place is great!
