Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Ogden

I had such a HORRIBLE experience yesterday around 12:30pm at Einstein Bagels at 3910 W Campus Dr.The short guy helping take orders had the WORST attitude towards me.. actually no, to everyone there as to what I noticed. I’m not going to let this slide at all. “You can’t order that” “it’s not a need it’s a want” like who says that to their clients!? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’m a really nice humble lady but this guy had me on my worst side I had to match his energy there was no way I was going to let him treat me this way. I’m a client and I love this place I go to Weber State so I would make frequent stops there. I didn’t even enjoy my food. His attitude and presence made the environment very unwelcoming. I made the trouble to go back after they burnt my food. The manager made every excuse to not remake or refund it!! I’ve seen diseases that look better than this random mound topped with burnt cheese. Unappetizing and overpriced. $10 for no breakfast.

The workers are also always just as dead inside as this food. They never ask you for any toppings on your bagel, so if you don’t bring it up during your order, they would legit give you a plain bagel and meat with no lettuce, sauce, or cheese. It’s their way of skimping and saving costs on ingredients. I would rather be served by an AI robot if it meant my food would at least...

Very rude and semi-incompetent workers at least in the later hours they're open. Gone here a few times and this is always the case. The food is fine if they get it right but not worth it to go at all and have definitely gone for the last time here. If you're dying to get an Einstein's bagel there's one that's very close by on Harrison anyway, and if you don't want a mediocre $7 bagel just go to Smith's and buy a pack of 6 for $4. Don't waste...
