Just ordered a coffee from the four employees who were standing there at the counter. they told me they were going to brew a fresh pot since there was no coffee, "OK" I say, and wait for 10 minutes while the girl explains to the others how to brew coffee. The girl says "did you order yet?", "Yes, when I asked you for a large coffee with cream and sugar a few minutes ago..." Oh you have to get in line and order again. Really? worst service ever? It's a busy location as the only Starbucks on campus but they always kill it with your order and get things out as fast as they can. I've been coming here for years and can say my drink quality has not been matched at any other location and I wished I could take the staff with me.
