Betos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Ogden

I went in tonight an ordered a loca quesadilla with green sauce an a ranchero plate #17 with no pico. I got my order my quesadilla wasn’t loca didn’t have chicken or shrimp an it wasn’t made with red sauce as I asked an it had onions since when does it come with onions? The ranchero plate had pico an was all Burnt I went back an told them they messed up the lady at the register try to tell me the loca quesadilla doesn’t come with chicken or shrimp I go get one at least once a week I know What comes in the quesadilla anyways they gave me my order back the quesadilla was made alright I guess an the ranchero plate they gave it back to me with no steak it should be steaks beans rice n egg I got it back with no stake an the food just didn’t taste right I’ve never had this problem with them. I order the same burrito almost every time I come here and it is consistently great. The wait time varies but usually isn't too bad for drive-through. The employees are usually pretty friendly and know me by name now. A lot of my friends eat here frequently and they all have good things to say as well. There aren't many options for really healthy foods but it's not terrible. I usually get the breakfast burrito with pico and it's amazing almost every time. The cooks are fast and do a really good job. The seating is allright and the tables are usually clean. I went to this location after going to others in American Fork/Midvale for years and these locations are 24 hrs open and have been inter, post and of course pre-pandemic. No hours were listed online and when I arrived in the parking lot to an OPEN sign on, I watched two employees hasten to lock the door and look at me while doing it. Attempting to go through the drive through was also difficult and lacked proper signage. When I arrived at the menu I waited for a minute, politely asked if the location was open and instead of the two employees in the building speaking with me briefly (customer service and basic courtesy) the sign just shut off.
