Audio Xtreme went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I went in looking for a radar detector knowing nothing about radar detectors. Jeff took a lot of time to educate me, and show me what services they could provide. The store was slammed but I still had his full attention to the point I feel like I knew enough about the products to where I could be a door to door salesman for them. I ended up going with a 360 radar system with laser shifters. The install was flawless. Adding the shifters was a last second choice and Jeff was able to accommodate even with a fully booked day. That's where Carson comes into play. This dude is the dude you want your daughter to bring home, but she wont because he's to busy mastering a craft and working all day. Everything about the install was so clean and well hidden to the point if I ever need someone to smuggle a liver over the Mexico border, I'm calling Carson. The shifters are well blended, I see no wiring, and the control unit/camera is high and tight with the rearview mirror. Again, absolutely blown away with the quality and 8+ hours that went into this. Weird, I was looking for my review I left a while back and I didn't see it. So I will do it again just for people to be aware. This company will charge you sales tax on labor only, which is against the law. When I inquired about it, they told me that they have been doing this for years so I had to pay it. I brought my dash cam to be installed and they only had to do installation so I was surprise to see a sales tax (sales tax is paid only on the purchase of assets). The boss was there listening the conversation I was having with the employee and didn't do a thing to correct this issue. Just do the math, they do this all the time and they won't pay the taxes collected to the government because when they do taxes, their accountant will know better than making them pay taxes on labor work. I know this because I did taxes for other companies before. Please check your invoices and make sure this does not happen to you. They did a good job on the installation but the service they give you is really bad, they just hand you your keys, they do not go with you to at least walk you through what they have done, they assume you know everything about installation and warranties they offer in case this doesn't work in the...

I wouldn't even give one star but you have to give a rating. We had an amp installed and immediately had issues with it occasionally not working. I called several times to have it looked at and they told me there was nothing that they could do and maybe it was just getting hot. Eventually I noticed that it would stop working when my air was running... As soon as I would shut my air off it would start working. So I took it in again! Again they told me no it wasn't anything they did but something with my car. Shortly after that my radio completely stopped working.. I take it into them they tell me again it's nothing having to do with the wiring. It's your radio it's just not working. They tried selling me a new radio and install kit over $200! I said no. My radio comes on but nothing is coming out of my speakers... It doesn't make sense that you are telling me my radio is broke but it powers on. It seems like a wiring issue. Today I had an electrician look at it and in a matter of 2 minutes he had my radio working. They had it wired incorrectly! Seems like this place is crooked and doesn't know what the hell they are doing. I would never recommend...
