Castle Spirits Distillery — Local services in Oklahoma City

Top Notch place to have reunions, business meetings, family gatherings, dinner parties or just great drink tastings with friends. We had a dinner party Friday evening and the facility was PERFECT for our gathering of 68 people. Felt like a nice home with the decor, custom drinks, kitchen with heating bins, ice machine, and refrigerator space for all the food we had catered. Floorplan was perfect for a 18' buffet with a great view of their super clean distillery. The long bar was impressive with the owners, Vicki & Russell, on site to make sure all went smoothly with the setup, sound system, signature drinks/bartending, and the simulated golf contest was a hit. Great location downtown OKC and 4 big bathrooms and lots of parking this place exceeded all our expectations and needs. Thank you Vicki & Russell for such a successful party for our family. We enjoyed a private tour today with Vicki and Russell. Russell, the master distiller, dives right into the technical details if you have questions—he’s happy to get nerdy with you. We did exactly that, geeking out together over the history and craft behind it all. This is a model of passionate, small-scale distilling. I dropped in at Castle Spirits on the last day of a work trip to OKC. Despite the fact it was only 1015am Russell was kind enough to take a break from his day and let me in to sample their amazing creations. Russell and I had a great conversation over some of their signature Honey mash liquor, and I was able to take a few back with me to Washington.

I am definitely a lifelong fan and look forward to seeing what creations Russell and his wife come up with in the future.
