You know, when I was at the store I thought Anjanette was really nice. Found a wedding band I really liked, it was a brand new band Kay Jewelers recently got. Anjanette said she would check to see if it could be made in white gold, since the only display was yellow gold. In the meantime we spoke about other bands incase the one I loved didn't pan out. After maybe 15 minutes or so, I had to ask again about the original band. A little odd I had to remind her? When I asked if the "expert" had responded to the request Anjanette responded pretty quick with a "oh, yeah, they said no. We stopped working with that manufacturer." I thought was quite odd, especially after she had informed me this was a brand new band? Why would you suddenly just stop working with that manufacturer? Okay, weird.

My fiance and I left, we went to Kay Jewelers at the outlet mall. Talked to them about the wedding band I really liked. They said no store ever submitted a formal request about the band being made in white gold. So the outlet submitted a formal request, I waited 72 hours for a response. Turns out they DO work with that manufacturer, and they DO make the band I love in white gold. Turns out I got to buy the band I LOVE with a sales person who didn't blatantly lie to me.

I've been married many, many times and each time I get married, I shower my newest wife in jewelry. Kay Jewelers is always the place I go, and this store is absolutely the best. They really back the Kay brand. The management doesn't care that I've spent a large fortune on their jewelry. They treat everyone like a million bucks. Sometimes I wear my usual tuxedo right in the store and sometimes I wear my wife beater. No matter what, they treat me the same. Seriously, the managers here take their job very seriously. Even though I'm on my 4th marriage, they treat my wife's engagement ring as though it is a very meaningful and sentimental centerpiece to our matrimony. The selection is great. Neil Lane is my current wife's favorite. She loves that "vintage glam" look. The pricing is so reasonable and the diamond warranties they provide are absolutely a great bargain. They not only sell awesome jewelry that my wife loves, but then they continue to care for it with their extended warranty whatever it is called. I never, NEVER, NEVER buy warranties. I wouldn't even pay insurance if I could get away with it. They're scams if you ask me. But not this. This warranty or lifetime whatever it is called takes care of our jewelry forever! FOREVER!! When I want to shower my current wife with jewelry, I'm coming to THIS store and seeing Jim! I will continue to buy from this store for each and every one...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I will never purchase anything from here again and regret even buying my fiances wedding band here! I send my wedding bands and engagement ring to be resized which took a MONTH! They came back resized and sautered together! I now had been without my rings longer than I even got to wear them. I was told they would be rushed to the shop and fixed and I'd have them in a week. I called and said that was not a rush and needed them sooner. An associate said I'd have them by Thursday (this was Monday). When they didn't have them then I was given a tracking number which did not work and told by the Manager I'd have them that Saturday....that didn't happen. I was told they have them Monday...the shop didn't send them back so someone had to go pick them up and I had to wait around to get them finally. I was given my rings with a pathetic apology and no compensation for the inconvenience which I had been promised! I'm only giving them a star because I have to! DO NOT GO HERE...
