I purchased a couch and loveseat. While our sales person was courteous and helpful, there were several issues in which I was not valued as a patron by the management. There was no explanation as to the cost of having service performed under the warranty before I decided on a purchase. While other furniture outlets I contacted will replace or repair their merchandise at NO cost, (including free pick up or delivery) this was not the case with Galleria. While others will either pick and deliver free or come to the home at no cost for repairs, this is conveniently not discussed to customers at Galleria. I was pushed into believing that Galleria would honor a warranty should there be any problems by repairing or replacing the furniture with no mention of cost. I was pushed into a false sense of security that I would not have to worry about Galleria taking care of me as a customer free under the warranty as other places were doing. The only cost told to me was a delivery fee after purchase if I wanted. I unfortunately did have an issue of which I reported within 48 hours. I was told then that I could have it repaired free only if I returned the item myself, otherwise it would be an $85 service charge. After putting the unit together, the weight and bulk made returning it on my own not possible. I feel if the costs were made clear to me up front, my choices would be different. Galleria knows this and is only concerned about a sale and not making a customer happy. Another issue came when I opened the boxes to find NO directions or instructions to connect electrical connections. While the loveseat had clearly visible cables and was easy to connect, the couch did not. After connecting the visible cables on the couch, it did not work. No one at Galleria offered any help or advice. I looked in vain for the main electric cable. No one transferred me for any help in locating what was not on any instructions. Not finding this and no instructions as to where cables are located, I had no choice but to call service to come out. Due to my job expectations, I could not use my phone and left my husband's phone number instead. Expecting a 10:00 service call, no one showed up. My husband was NOT called and a message was left on my phone. By the time I received a message, over 2 hours had passed with service showing up after 12. Poor communications and mishandling between Galleria and customer. Serviceman blamed customer service. As they have assembled many of these, the serviceman found the cable instantly completely HIDDEN in a tube behind the framing. There was no way to see this or even know where it was located. I felt "taken" for $85. The serviceman blamed manufacturing. I was disappointed to have to go through all the fumbles with Galleria never offering an apology or any care. I had planned to purchase other items for my home but I'll be going elsewhere. I'll also be attempting to contact upper management in hopes of improving...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY from Galleria Furniture in Broken Arrow or deal with their Oklahoma City customer service team. The experience has been absolutely disgraceful.
We purchased furniture and scheduled a delivery — and what we got was property damage, lies, and a total lack of accountability.
The delivery crew gouged and scraped our custom wood door frame — we’re talking about a 1/4-inch deep gouge, over 3 inches long, with multiple scrapes down the doorframe and damage to our teakwood door. The driver initially denied the damage via phone call, even after I provided photos. When I told him we had it on camera and that my wife saw it happen, he quickly changed his story and said he could “putty it and paint it.”
For the record — our door frame is stained wood, and the door is made of teakwood. You do NOT putty and paint that.
I then called Galleria’s customer service and was told to send in photos and that someone from their Oklahoma City repair department would reach out to handle the issue. I waited several days — no call, no email, no update. So I called back today and spoke to the manager, who coldly informed me that because the delivery team is “contracted,” it’s not their problem and they won’t be doing anything to resolve the damage.
This is how Galleria does business: • They send careless contractors who damage your home. • They lie about it. • They deny responsibility — even with proof. • They ghost you when you ask for repairs. • And ultimately, they tell you to deal with it yourself.
This company is the definition of shady. Be warned: if they damage your home or property, you’re on your own. They’ll gladly take your money — but when it comes to service and responsibility, they’re nowhere to be found.
Spend your money elsewhere. You deserve better than this.

Read moreREAD THIS BEFORE YOU BUY HERE: I watched a commercial on tv “ $300 mattress and a price match guarantee, everyone accepted “ & I thought, sounds pretty honest I’ll go here. I never imagined I had to be on guard going to a mattress store bc I could get scammed. So I go in and I qualify for $1400 in credit. So the lady immediately starts helping me find $1400 worth of bed. “I said, really I just need a mattress what happened to the $300 mattress? “, she says, “oh, you don’t want a $300 mattress those are clearance and have springs, that’s really just a trick to get you here” now that, raised a flag. But she showed me a bed that raised both the head and the foot and was really soft and says she can get it for me. So I agree and even tho I was only qualified for $1400 I ended up with a bill of $100 a month for 2 years. Unless my math is off that’s $2400. Anyway they deliver the bed and set it up and the legs don’t move, just the head so I call back and say “ this isn’t the bed I laid on , you showed me a different bed and then sent me this one” after an argument I did get the right stand and had more added to my bill. I was told by the salesman that if the bed wasn’t comfortable I could return it in 30 days or switch it out. So the bed is harder than the one we laid on at the store and it’s hurting my wife so I call back and ask to switch it and I’m told that the salesman who told me that no longer works there and there are no refunds or exchanges on mattresses unless you paid extra for a program we were told nothing about. So now we are in debt for $100 a month for the next 2-2&1/2 years for a bed that we can’t rest in. We were tricked there’s no other way of looking at it. We were shown one bed and delivered a different one and forced to keep it for a much larger debt than anything we intended to spend. Be careful this...
