First time purchasing from Mathis Home (placed order over the phone) and last time to ever purchase again. Placed an order for a queen size bed frame, that I saw in their Ontario store, over the phone with Summer. Summer price matched the bed with the same bed I saw at another store that was almost $200 less. I decided to purchase the bed from Mathis Home because they offer free delivery. After everything was processed, summer informed me that the bed was not in stock and apologized for not checking before she processed the order. I was told it would be two weeks for the delivery, which I said was not a problem. As two weeks went by, I did not hear anything and tried to call customer service to see where my order was. I spoke with Madeline who said that the bed was in process and should be here soon. I asked Madeline what that meant and that I was told that orders normally arrive in 2-3 weeks . I again explained that Summer told me it would be here two weeks. I asked Madeline to speak with a supervisor and she said that she would reach out and that Josh would call me back in 24 hours to respond back. 24 hours went by and I did not get a response. I called the next day and asked for someone in the corporate offices. I spoke with Jasmine who responded the same way as Madeline except she did say my bed was in transit and will arrive next week. Three weeks have gone by and still have not heard back from anyone on what the ETA is for my bed.
Apparently, the corporate office has no follow up regarding complaints. If I went with the other company that had the same bed, I could have had the bed two weeks ago.
Mathis Home, never again will I make a purchase from you or refer anyone.
Edit: I called and talked with Josh (manager)on 9-3-25, I was told it will be another week before a part (headboard) will arrive making it four weeks until I get the bed. Absolutely...

I bought a bed listed as a storage bed and discussed the drawers with my online sales rep Az.
After 20 days the bed was delivered. I didn’t see the drawers. I called Az my sales rep and he instructed me to open the boxes and look for the drawers.
I called at 12:30 to let him know they weren’t there. I was told he was at lunch and would call back.
I called back and 2:30 because I hadn’t heard from him. He was still unavailable. I called again at 3:30 and asked for a manager. I was told he wasn’t available.
I asked to please talk with someone. Az answered and I let him know the drawers were missing. He said he would have to call my right back.
I never received a call back instead a manager started texting me. Let me know the drawers didn’t come with the bed. I let them know my conversations with Az and the representation of the bed on their site. They maintained there was nothing to be done unless I wanted to spend an addictions $600 and no discount for misrepresenting their products.
I finally asked for a phone call because I don’t believe texting someone regarding this issue is sufficient. The manager Josh was more than rude.
I learned the hard way to keep my money at local small businesses who care about their customers.
Again, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Keeping my money in Stillwater from now on. I will keep my eyes open to make sure my refrains is processed.

Read moreI have purchased around 8000 worth of furniture from the store in fort smith the bed we had had a drawer that was damaged new one was brought out then that replacement was broke finally third replacement was still messed up but I was able to make it work then I go to purchase a 720.23 cent coffee table for my wife for Christmas it comes in broken take 2 months to get another in that one comes in broken as well and they make sad attempts to make it right offer 30 percent back to keep broken furniture then wanna just give you 100 off and order you a new on that takes longer then the original took to get back to top it off this was a special order item that being considered you would think customer care would be the most important it is not now I'm waiting longer to get a refund from them which I believe I will have to fight to get I asked for them to refund me more and just leave both items with me so I can put them together to make one good coffee table they refused considering all that's happened they should be doing whatever to provide some customer service Ling story short buy from mathis brothers or ashley furniture stores they all come from this center avoid it cause they just constantly send broken items out the door I asked that they inspect before delivering and it still come broken 8000 dollars spent with them was worst choice maybe this will get everything resolved like it should have been already good luck to anyone who...
