Where to begin? Myself and 3 others came into this Subway on 05/02 around 5pm. There were two people in-front of our group. The lady in front of us was requesting certain veggies and Stephanie snapped at her and said “I do it in a certain order so it’s aesthetically pleasing.” The lady insisted she wanted the veggies in a certain way, Stephanie did not care. Then, in a frustrated moment she grabbed the wrong sauce and squirted it all over the lady’s sandwich. She did not apologize but began making her another sandwich. After 20 minutes it was finally my groups turn. Stephanie asks all 4 of us what breads and sandwiches we wanted. We told her and she began making them. At this point, she is working on 4 sandwiches at once leaving the freshly toasted ones open on the counter for over five minutes after toasting. Then, to our dismay, another group of 4 walks in and they all order foot longs. Now, Stephanie has abandoned our orders completely and started on theirs. At one point there was 8 feet of open sandwiches on the board!! Finally, it’s our turn for veggies, so we thought. While she is making a meatball sub for the other party at the bread station, she orders me and my friend to tell her all veggies and sauces we want for ours and assured us she will remember. After seeing her squirt the wrong sauce on the lady before us, I was not feeling confident and requested she finish up what she was doing over there and I would tell her my topping preferences when she was back to the veggie station. She then proceeds to argue with me over this request. Finally, I am able to finish my order. Thank god! At this point she calls out to Noelle for help…who is Noelle? She is the girl in the corner scrolling on her phone watching her coworker be obliterated for the past 40 minutes. Noelle checks us out begrudgingly and we were sent on our way to eat our cold...
Read moreI will say that the employees in the store were friendly and kind. They don’t deserve working somewhere that they are going to have to deal with upset customers when they aren’t the ones that make the rules. I made an online order for two footings. First, Ultimate B.M.T. I am unsure what was “ultimate” about it. It’s obvious that the size of the rolls have decreased significantly. That’s not much of a huge deal. But “ultimate” it was not! It actually seemed to have considerably less meat than a regular B.M.T. There was no extra cheese, the veggies that are supposed to come on it, lettuce, tomato, onion etc, was ridiculously sparse. We didn’t get all the veggies we ordered either. We ordered light mayo with oil and vinegar. The oil and vinegar weren’t added.
The next sub was, “The Philly”. Wow. Sub #2 was proof that Subway is all for false advertisement and massive shrinkage all while selling at upped prices. Besides the fact that I used a Roma tomato to compare and show how small the bread is now and how the tomato is actually wider, I’m so curious to know why Subway sells sandwiches as being better that their original counterparts, for so much more money and it’s considered acceptable?!
I’m well aware that the company, as a whole, will blame this on the franchisee’s. But this is ridiculous! We’re struggling enough with buying groceries in this country. When we actually want to “splurge” we should, at least, get what is advertised. Never again. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s. I should have never given in, even if it was BOGO....
Read moreCame in with a party of 4 and there were two people in front. My friends and I are super patient so we waited no complaints but the lady Stephany making the people’s sandwich was trying to argue with the older lady in front of us for no reason and without thinking put sauce all over the lady’s sandwich and had to restart. She didn’t apologize to the lady just started remaking the sandwich. She did apologize to us for the wait and we said it was fine. When it came to her making ours she immediately became rude when we asked one question then she was barking at us “what do you want how many sandwiches” she started making ours then once our bread was toasted another party of four came in and she stops making ours and starts on theirs. When she finally came back to us she was demanding we tell her every ingredient we want all at once. One friend spoke up and said “ma’am I will just wait to tell you when you’re ready because you’re all over the place” and Stephany then tried arguing with us about how she has a system. By the time we got our food we had been in line for over 30 minutes our food was cold and There was just no reason for the interaction. Thumbs down Stephany you are not a...
