I was ordering for 3 people's. I ordered BBQ chicken boneless, and it comes with fies. I order ultimate fries, which in the past they always gave a lot, never asked me for a size. This time it was a small order, then I asked for a small fries for myself. That lady took it upon herself to change the order without my consent and they want to argue with me and the guy tells me my order was perfect. No it wasn't. I was missing my fries because she changed things. You don't do that without asking the customer first, then she lied and said I wasn't ordering for other people when I told her I was. I even had her wait what I call to see if my manager wanted a 6 or 10 piece. So she got other customers while I called., the I told her the ultimate fries was for another person and I even asked her if she knew her and she said yes and that she gets the regular ultimate fries. All said and done. I was missing the dries for myself because the lady changed things without me knowing.always ask before you make any changes. I even tried talking to the guy and I told him the situation and that I wasn't mad. Just wanted the fries I was missing.. but she gave the ultimate fries free and I don't know why she did that. I didn't asked her to do that and she messed up the order but she wants to get mad at me...

They claimed they didn't receive my order so I wasn't charged. Only to find out I was charged. I was told I couldn't receive an refund because I didn't have a receipt. Keep in mind the kiosk froze and it didn't print out a receipt. I used a prepaid card and I show the manager my app that showed I was charged. They told me to wait a couple of days so they can research. After the machine froze I was told the order didn't go through. I continued to place that same order with the cashier. So, I got a call from owner saying they couldn't find anything and she was asking me for proof which was baffling to me. They have cameras and didn't bother to look at their cameras. I was treated like a criminal at best. A worker in walmart mentioned to that they always have problems with their machines. They did not do their due diligence in my opinion. The kiosk isn't user friendly for someone that whats to add things to an item. I asked the guy at the front counter for some help, who was moving very slowly, moving with no sense of urgency, he then told me to ask the other lady that was working back in the kitchen. I mentioned that I was needing to add some things to a frie, she then tells me to just write it on there. I then seen nothing about customizing an item other than adding or taking away things that are on the item. I then leave the kiosk and stand in front of a register for upwards of about 5 minutes, while the guy from the front counter just continues on "slowly" making drinks with no communication to me.
