Sleep Number — Hotel in Oklahoma City

The sales staff at the actual store was great and likeable. But that is about where the good ends. We were told the setup and delivery would be guaranteed within two weeks. Since upon the "second" week it was a holiday week they only had one date available to come and set it up, so we changed our schedule to ensure we would be there for it. They set it up fine, but they discovered upon setup the actual MATTRESS part you sleep on (not the air chamber) was missing. They called and even went back to look for it. Gone. They ensured us it would be ordered NEXT day delivery to our house, but since it was a holiday the following day. To wait until the first of the following weeks. here it is a whole 2.5 weeks AFTER that and we still don't have our mattress. We have spoken to customer service numerous times and they now tell us it was not ordered next day, just regular shipping, and its held up in texas due to weather now. All this while i haven't had a mattress because 4 weeks ago when they came to set it up orginally and told me it'd just be a few days without it, they took my mattress. so Now i have NO mattress old or new. I'm about to call them and just have them pick up the equipment I do have, and get a different one from someone local who actually has it IN stock. This is...

I was looking for a new mattress and adjustable base. I had seen the TV ads for Sleep number along with two large furniture stores that had a sleep area in their stores. We went to one of the furniture stores first and after spending almost an hour and trying a number of mattresses and base combinations were not sold. We then went to a Sleep Number store and the differences were dramatic! Jessica, our sales representative, was pleasant, not pushy, very knowledgable about their product and I was sold.
