The Oak is truly a great & relaxing place to live. The friendly and helpful staff will go above and beyond for you. They set the tone for an excellent, laid back atmosphere. After living in several apartments, I can attest to the quality of Oak. April worked hard to accommodate my disability's needs and find the perfect space to live. Drew is by far the most helpful, hardworking, and efficient maintenance person I have ever had at a complex always addressing requests so quickly. My last "luxury" complex had a 5 week delay on every request I sent and they had 3 maintenance men. There is much to potentially explore and experience here. Especially when it is all open! Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn have moved across Penn from the mall to this outdoor concept, art, and green space area. They are open now. The anchor seems to be the new Hilton Lively Hotel concept. The only other thing that was open was the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar. (I didn't go in there.)

Parking was pretty easy and they did have attendants to direct pedestrians and drivers alike. Construction is ongoing and there's a lot of "Coming Soon" signs up.

Absolutely stunning property in the heart of OKC. OAK feels like its own little metropolitan community. Everything you need is right at your fingertips, whether it’s ice skating in December, shopping, or dining, they’re all within a few steps of each other.
